Is it just me or has anyone else watched this 30 million times because of how magical it is? I can’t stop... Update: It’s Oct 2023, I’m now 22, this is still one of my favorites they ever did
Benadict Phillip is superb in this. His pitch and tempo are perfect. The feeling with which he sings and his intensity rank it as his best solo ever. Josh Madine has exactly the right voice to counter the high treble and make this one of his best also. I have watched them for years now and I keep returning to this even though it makes me sad. Time takes away all in fleeting moments. Gone beyond recapture. Like our own longed for youth.
I still cry when hearing this beautiful song. God Bless those young men, where ever they are now. Their angelic voices will forever echo throughout time.
Cheer up! Josh has never really left Libera. He now accompanies the group on piano, some times directs, and also is a co-producer on recordings. I know less about Ben, but he is clearly in a good place in life and keeps in contact with his old friends.

He is in a much better place now, he is safe and in peace. God wanted the best for him and will give him back to you at right time. Look for honoring his memory doing what he would like you to do in your life. If you do this you will feel much more peace in your heart. Death is not the end of everything, it is only a transformation. Love would not have sense if our beloved beings left existing, your dad did not leave to exist by ocasion of death, now he is waiting for the chance of seeing you again after this momentaneous separation. Try to occupy your life with good and edificant activities, it is going to be very healthy for you and will help to diminish your loss pain.
Ok y'all I just feel like crying. Libera isn't the same with out Ben, Josh, Tom, Sam, Alex, Liam, and Jonathan. There all so much older now, although Josh has his own music thing now. Its called Almanac.
Josh and Liam are still working with LIBERA, Josh plays piano at concerts and Liam helps with arrangements and sound. They both help the children with the songs and the organization of the tours, and I believe that some of the other boys also help in LIBERA.
I don't know about that. The new singers today are excellent. That new release album IF, is great. The one's that came after this group were great, like Ralph Skan, Thomas Delgado-Little, Isaac London

@@influencer8757 acually they are not, in many countries we dont know this anymore, or hardly. its not as common as you think. I heard them in their performance in the cristal cathedral. I'm not into this at all but this touched me. I have been following them for years, till I kind of lost interest due to all the drama that people created around it. just looked ome of it up again today.

This song has touched me so deeply 10 years ago when I came across it for the first time... it still touches me each and every time I listen to it now. It makes me feel joy and sadness at the same time... it makes me feel like going to heaven as soon as possible, but also urges me to seize and cherish time on earth...I can feel the depth of history, and also the reverence for God, the creator of the universe...
Tom was good indeed. But he was the last really good soloist the choir has born. With him leaving - an era ended so far that had been on a downgrade for years already.
It is likely that he passed the maximum age limit - at this time 14. Josh who is a year younger, got a reprieve when the age limit was extended to 16. Tom I think is bitter about this. as well he should be. He and Josh and Mini Ben and Ed were the core of Libera and gave in incredible character to the solo performances. They should keep the boys, who have devoted many years of their lives to learning lyrics, music, rehearsals and performances until they lave high school. These boys are used to the excitement of performing and the adoration of the audiences. Suddenly, half way through high school, when they might not really know their future, they are cut off. They can not all continue as support for the Choir. One or two might stay on for a few years then they too disappear. Josh is now playing piano for the group leaving Robert to perform the miracle of making music. Alas, Tom has been lost. And what of Sam, Ed. Mini Ben is still there but not for much longer.

WOW! Josh and Ben sang "TIME" so beautifully, and with such perfection. I don't think anyone can ever out perform them on this song... It still brings me to tears, even though I've heard it a hundred times on youtube and on the CD, Peace.. It cannot possibly get any better than this... Thank you Josh, Ben, and all of Libera. You are both missed in today's Libera. Josh is such a great role model for Matthew. Sure miss his permanent cherub smile.
I hope that Libera will make a Europe-tour or something, They can make so many fans happy. Each time Libera can touch my feelings with their beautiful songs.
Only discovering these guys about a month ago, I'm completely obsessed! I know they no longer sing because they've gotten older but their voices and beauty will live forever recorded. They have made the world a better place sharing their God given gifts in a time it's so desperately needed. I imagine heaven sounding so much better but this is sure a great glimpse of what is in store. I'm telling everyone I know and I could listen all day and not get tired of them. Libera is still active! They (sounds weird to say but) switch out the boys as they get older. They have been around since the 80s, I believe. They still sound magical today 😊... Josh and Ben are irreplaceable, however!
I have to comment again! The two voices, (Josh and Ben) complement each other perfectly. They have never sounded better. The music director is an absolute genius; he has to hear this in his head before he can even begin to create it. Wonderful!!
A remarkable transformation from the pure treble we have loved from Josh to a beautiful alto voice used with great sensitivity. We can only hope and pray this is not his swansong! Also the contrast with Ben's strong treble is very effective.As always the singing from the choir is beautiful...I cant wait for the video... Anthony
The music, lyrics, voices, handsome looks, personal appeal, and videography of Libera are most enjoyable for us to experience. The kids obviously enjoy singing for us. We get attached to them, and they know this. We should enjoy them while we can. But, sadly, I'm sure the hearts of the older ones sink realizing their time is limited. But, when they leave Libera, other WONDERFUL opportunities await them. We should be GLAD for them! But, new ones will come, and we will love them, too.

This was definitely one of the years Libera was in its prime and had some amazing talent such as Josh, Ben, and Tom. They made some great cds and toured the world, competed in tv talent shows and even sang for the pope. Unfortunately, they all grow up eventually, and many of the boys we all know from the videos like Josh grew up and now they mostly help behind the scenes, teaching the next generation and singing in church and on Libera albums where a lower voice can be used in backing vocal
I hope that Josh will never leave Libera and that he carries on with his singing, maybe as a Tenor...because his voice will always be so very angel like (the same like Tom Cullys voice)!!!! In my opinion one of Liberas BEST peaces...TOM AND JOSH WILL ALWAYS BE LIBERAS GREATEST SOLOISTS OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!!!!! ♥♥♥♥
There is no doubt these boys have been given a great opportunity with this group. As they age up and away from, I hope that they maintain the joy they seem to have in these performances. I am sure there was alot of hard work before they got to this point . I appears to be well worth the effort. There is no reason to think that with this type of determination the world is their oyster, for they are all pearls in their own right.

I recently discoverd Libera and this is absolutly my favorit song. I love Libera's music and they are all great singers who are able to sing eachothers parts but what's wrong with having a favorit singer. I love josh voice cause it's so pure and clear and natural and there's a reason they call him the smile of libera but they are all awesome, still wish I could hear josh live just ones...
Notice how somber their faces..... this goes deep... beautiful, it cannot possibly get any better than what Josh & mini Ben did on Time... It brings tears everytime, even still today, but like most everything Libera does, there is just no hearing this too much... it's too Angelic....

I love them and their songs. I heard this song first when i was elementary school student(maybe 13years old). But next year i'll graduate university. Time is so fast.
We sing this in my choir and I literally though it was sang by a grown woman with an amazing voice... Good job to whoever taught these boys cause as a 14 year old girl who's been in a choir for 5 years I'm not sure if I'm ever gonna sing as beautiful ✨

I'm not a Christian or Catholic but I used to listen/watch them because of my sister. She was in her university's choir (we're 7 years apart) and for some reasons they watched LIBERA videos, so she brings those videos to home. I liked Ben Philipp. I used to put his photo on my wall like an idol LOL. He was awesome!
I was in a choir and today have still this voice. The extraordinary teacher of children's is meticulously and hard working, also, he teach some modesty for on future that boys, do not let pas their Child Heart of course, they are grown and hope humans do not show negative sentiments for change their heart's around them, where they live.But for all of you, they are like us Humans not machines and like us they need love and kindness. They are fragile and sensible like us, all of.

This group is very touching, I love libera there voices are like a calming stream flowing over Lilly pads, since my mother passed I've been copping with this type of music, please make more songs libera 🕆🕆🕆😔😔😔
Those who first discover a certain generation of Libera singers will always think it's the best generation. But every generation develops into an awesome group of singers. Even in this video you will see some boys who eventually turned out to be awesome soloists.
Ralph is my personal favorite. Not to take anything away from any of the other great Libera soloists, but I just love the tone of Ralph's voice. As heard on "Song of Life" and "O Holy Night" among other songs.

I hope that Libera will make a Europe-tour or something, They can make so many fans happy. Each time Libera can touch my feelings with their beautiful songs.
Only discovering these guys about a month ago, I'm completely obsessed! I know they no longer sing because they've gotten older but their voices and beauty will live forever recorded. They have made the world a better place sharing their God given gifts in a time it's so desperately needed. I imagine heaven sounding so much better but this is sure a great glimpse of what is in store. I'm telling everyone I know and I could listen all day and not get tired of them. Libera is still active! They (sounds weird to say but) switch out the boys as they get older. They have been around since the 80s, I believe. They still sound magical today 😊... Josh and Ben are irreplaceable, however!

I have to comment again! The two voices, (Josh and Ben) complement each other perfectly. They have never sounded better. The music director is an absolute genius; he has to hear this in his head before he can even begin to create it. Wonderful!!

A remarkable transformation from the pure treble we have loved from Josh to a beautiful alto voice used with great sensitivity. We can only hope and pray this is not his swansong! The music, lyrics, voices, handsome looks, personal appeal, and videography of Libera are most enjoyable for us to experience. The kids obviously enjoy singing for us. We get attached to them, and they know this. We should enjoy them while we can. But, sadly, I'm sure the hearts of the older ones sink realizing their time is limited. But, when they leave Libera, other WONDERFUL opportunities await them. We should be GLAD for them! But, new ones will come, and we will love them, too.

listening their voices makes me feel at peace
This was definitely one of the years Libera was in its prime and had some amazing talent such as Josh, Ben, and Tom. They made some great cds and toured the world, competed in tv talent shows and even sang for the pope. Unfortunately, they all grow up eventually, and many of the boys we all know from the videos like Josh grew up and now they mostly help behind the scenes, teaching the next generation and singing in church and on Libera albums where a lower voice can be used in backing vocal
I hope that Josh will never leave Libera and that he carries on with his singing, maybe as a Tenor...because his voice will always be so very angel like (the same like Tom Cullys voice)!!!!

There is no doubt these boys have been given a great opportunity with this group. As they age up and away from, I hope that they maintain the joy they seem to have in these performances. I am sure there was alot of hard work before they got to this point . I appears to be well worth the effort.
There is no reason to think that with this type of determination the world is their oyster, for they are all pearls in their own right.
I am not sure how anyone can give a thumbs down to these beautiful boys and their performance, OUTSTANDING!

I recently discoverd Libera and this is absolutly my favorit song. I love Libera's music and they are all great singers who are able to sing eachothers parts but what's wrong with having a favorit singer. I love josh voice cause it's so pure and clear and natural and there's a reason they call him the smile of libera but they are all awesome, still wish I could hear josh live just ones...
Notice how somber their faces..... this goes deep... beautiful, it cannot possibly get any better than what Josh & mini Ben did on Time... It brings tears everytime, even still today, but like most everything Libera does, there is just no hearing this too much... it's too Angelic....

I'm not a Christian or Catholic but I used to listen/watch them because of my sister. She was in her university's choir (we're 7 years apart) and for some reasons they watched LIBERA videos, so she brings those videos to home. I liked Ben Philipp. I used to put his photo on my wall like an idol LOL. He was awesome!
