Mainly popular titles and Nintendo exclusives get favored heavily. Fortnite though has crossovers with other video games, movies, TV shows and even TH-cam and social media personalities. Which I have to say is pretty ambitious. If Fortnite does follow through and is able to do a Dragonball Z crossover - we can officially say that Goku make it into Fortnite before he did in Smash. Goku vs. Naruto in a 1v1 with snipers, would also now be canon.
