Very informational. Thank you. Not a fan of the background music. For me, it made it difficult to listen to what you were saying.

What is the point of Teams Phone Standard without a dial tone? You mentioned the Standard gives you a dial-pad, so what actions can the user do with that (Dial out calls only? - They wouldn't be able to receive calls, since there's no dedicated # attached to the user, right?) Just trying to make sense of it.

Good question, Josh. The reason you'd buy Teams Phone Standard "without a calling plan," is if you are going to buy the calling plan from a 3rd party (instead of buying Microsoft's "Calling Plan"). The reason why a company would want to buy the calling plan/dial tone from a 3rd party, is because 3rd parties will help with the installation, provide better long-term customer service, and will be the same cost or lower than getting the calling plan directly from Microsoft. Does that help clear things up?

Teams Phone with Calling Plan is only domestic? What about International Calling Plan?

International calls are billed per minute, unless you get an "International Calling Plan," which includes essentially unlimited calls (capped at a reasonable amount), to these 196 countries (docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/country-and-region-availability-for-audio-conferencing-and-calling-plans/users-can-make-outbound-calls-to-these-countries-and-regions).
