I went in fully expecting to get a middling rating for my top 10 but I’m happy with a 7 I really do try to keep my favourites as personal to ME as possible. This video's theme of praising people on how different they are based on their letterbox is really bad. Making the movies one likes their whole personality is very embarrassing in general. If you base your favourite movies on how different you can be and not on how much you actually enjoy them. I feel sorry for you.
I think so many people who are young and getting into films these days automatically throw Nolan and Villenuve into the glaze pile. Lists grow organically the more people watch things. @@sylvesteruchia5263 there is no such thing as an objectively 'mid' movie. Some movies are great to everyone, but these 'mid' movies to you are great to specifically these people. That gives you a special insight into their character, their life. I think that's great, yes.
