Thank you Deepta. I purchased in store. It's Vinod brand. It is called Triply Kadai. You can prepare Sweets, Upma, Poha and many other recipes. You can find the same in Amazon. Link : amzn.to/3vE4rVR I also purchased the same brand small Kadai in Amazon. Even that is good. You can purchase it online. Also many other brands are available like Stahl, Mayer, Bergner. Mayer is expensive. I hope this information helps 🙏.
I heard that they use both coconut and powdered cashews. But I never tried. You can keep this 7 cup burfi using coconut outside for 15 days without refrigeration. I think you can try adding powdered cashews instead of coconut.
Did it many a times .....came out well,bt sometimes gone wrong,it became sticky even after mixing it for 45 mnts,hv added extra ghee....still it had came out as halwa.What may be the reason
Don't add more ghee. It is just the consistency that you have to reach at the end that has to leave the sides of the kadai. Also the time depends on how many cups you used. For example, if you use 1 Cup of Gram flour and adding other ingredients as mentioned, it will take minimum 30-45 minutes. If your measurement is more than this then time will also increase.
