Same incident happened sa late uncle ko. Mga pinoy normal manghampas pag natatawa or outspoken pag may naamoy na mabango. For people in the US, they take this as a harassment or being in a hostile work environment. I'm currently in the HR and Business Operations Dept. this is very common at walang laban si ate. Her company may terminate her via thorough investigation. Kung saan magbenefit at ndi ma-damage ang company, doon papanig si employer.

If what you did was offensive to the other person, who are you to say they should not take it that way? Magkaiba kayo in so many ways. I love how PPJ is pointing out how she is putting his husband’s other family in an awkward position, but the point is not going across to her. It goes to show na sariling damdamin niya lang ang iniisip niya in all of this… yung galit, yung sama ng loob na paulit ulit niyang binabanggit, so what you feel that way? What about the person who you offended, how could he be feeling? Ikaw na nga ang nakasakit, ikaw pa ang may ganang magtanim ng sama ng loob at ng wall? This tita is a toxic Filipino. Nung nasuspend siya sa trabaho, you would think that she’d contemplate on what she did and realize that maybe it was wrong to a degree especially with her knowing that she wasn’t that close to her nephew, but no… she chose to brush it off which I believe is a form of microaggression/ revenge. That “sama ng loob” will keep her miserable in life. Apologize, forgive and move on tita. Walang relationship and hindi naayos ng sincere apology. In addition, it makes it even stronger the second time around. Hopefully next time you’d be more conscientious and considerate of other people you meet at any point in your life be it new friends or family. My 2 cents. 😅
