Even before birth, chiropractic techniques can help a baby have the best start in life possible. When a pregnant mother gets adjusted, she ensures that her baby will be happy and healthy and without problems.
I have my first appointment tomorrow with a chiropractor and I'm SO nervous! I don't like people poking and prodding on my stomach, or cracking things in general but especially when pregnant. Any advice for this protective, worried momma?? I'm going for the sole purpose of turning my breech babe. I'll be 35w tomorrow.
Awesome, glad you are going! It'll be so good for you and baby! Just be really honest and open with your provider on what you are wanting and if they are a good fit for you, they'll understand and walk you through everything.
There's a space between the slats of the mat table where she was able to let her belly hang in the air (I saw the chiropractor move the slats back together as the mom was turning over).
She is also laying on a foam looking pillow. The grey thing you see the chiro move. My chiropractor has a big foam pillow with a hole in the center for me.
I am 28 weeks pregnant, my chiropractor uses this type of pillow, and has assured me it is safe. But I told her I would rather not to lay down that way :) It gives me anxiety to think am on top of my baby.
We have a pillow a cutout for the belly to take pressure off and allow mommas to lay down! If they're not comfortable with it, our doctors can use alternative techniques.

Absolutely! All of our Past, Present, and Future Moms love the aid that chiropractic care give to them and their kiddos.
Good stuff, more please.

You can no way lie on your tummy while so heavily pregnant so I'm confused how at the start of the video that's able to be performed?
