My mother passed in June and I bought myself a kitten yesterday to help cope. A day with him and I thought about the Mean Kitty Song for the first time in ten years (I’m 23 now). I looked it up and laughed at how similar little Gabriel is to Sparta (they look almost identical!) I was heartbroken reading about what has just happened to Sparta, and it was a big moment for me sitting here really feeling a whole circle of life situation. It’s so nice seeing what you’ve made of your life and a family from watching that same video day in and out as a little kid. I wish you the best and hope for the best for you and your family in this time.
Cory, I'm in the middle of some of the worst migraine pain in my life and I still clicked on this video faster than the speed of light! I am very thankful that you are turning the tremendous loss of your Cat Son Sparta into a creative outlet. It's what you do, Cory. And you are amazing at creating! Understand how you must be feeling about Sparta’s passing. I’ve had a kitten since she was born, she was my baby girl, she passed back in November (14 years, not long enough :( ). Really tore me up, i still miss her so much, catch myself talking about her getting teary eyed at times. Then for several months my net went out, I missed the vlogs. Loved the vid, Chell and Atlas are adorable :).
Vampyrka I lost my kitty best friend Snuggles when I was 19. It will 9 years September 26th. I still cry about it. Every so often I will feel/see her, I will feel a sudden pressure on my chest where she use to lay, purring in my ear, or I will randomly hear the bell that was on her collar.
@@Ronin.Samurai Sorry to hear about your kitty :(. It's so hard for me to believe come November 29th my baby will be gone for a whole year. I usually don't believe in ghost and all but I swear I sometimes see her (it's out of the corner of my eye) but I see a greyish white shadow (the size she was and always in the areas she loved to be). I've even heard the bell on my kitties collar too sometimes. At first I thought "na just hearing things" but now I strongly think I do hear it. Sad she's not around (where I can hold and cuddle her but at least I do see her. That helps. I'll even be sitting at my desk working on the computer and see her shadow out of the corner of my eye (we have a doggy car seat for one of my dogs) - but they never use it lol, she loved laying in it. I'd see a grayish shadow laying in it from time to time. :).

The day you met Kristen was truly an amazing day and blessing for the both of you. I could see how happy you were with her and how happy you are now and it seriously brings me to tears because I feel like I’ve been with you through all the hard times you had. Loki passed right as my baby kitty passed, so I binge watched your California DudeLikeHella vlogs to help me feel better. Just happy to see that you’re happy and thriving. It’s funny how strangers’ lives can be so parallel in this universe.

Banana peppers are so good, especially when you pickle them yourself, they're so great with a poached egg on toast with a bit of butter-fried tomato and some pickled red onion... Pickle them. Glad to see you vlogging again. I fully understand your current situation. I had to stop sharing my vlogs for a while as well because I had a near death tragic accident at home during my last hours of my senior college semester. Life can get tough, but strength and love for our family keeps us going. Watching with my mom helped me remember how organized I was when my children were very small. It's nothing like this house. Sorry to admit, but I have always been a hard working mom both at work and at home.

I feel that "sickness" part... My family definitely got it but even in Toronto testing was hard to get a couple months ago, I got turned away a couple times. I will never taste the same.
Banana peppers are so good, especially when you pickle them yourself, they're so great with a poached egg on toast with a bit of butter-fried tomato and some pickled red onion... Pickle them. PICKLE THOSE BANANA PEPPERS LIKE YOU'RE A SUBWAY!! You and your neighbors will thank you!

Glad to see you vlogging again. I fully understand your current situation. I had to stop sharing my vlogs for a while as well because I had a near death tragic accident at home during my last hours of my senior college semester. Life can get tough, but strength and love for our family keeps us going. Watching with my mom helped me remember how organized I was when my children were very small. It's nothing like this house. Sorry to admit, but I have always been a hard working mom both at work and at home.
