Though organic carbon and nitrogen are in synergistic relation but as such there is no method or formula to calculate it. Some of the Indian Authors have calculated few regression equations for a specific area. You can go through them. You can check papers in ISSS. But it is better to use Kjeldhal method

Sir PH meater se soil ph measure karne ke liye 5gram soil ko 25ml distil water mein dilite karke sample prepare kar sakte hai kya
Nahi Soil pH measure karne ke liye soil:Solution ka ratio 2.5 hona chahiye. Isliye 20 g soil in 50 ml water lelo. Taki acche se prepare ho jaye
