Thank you for posting an excellent recipe 🙏 Am from charda punjab. Can you please multani sohan halwa, traditional one, like hafiiz wala. Traditionaly, no souring agent is used in splitting the milk. My dadi was from Shujabad/Multan. She never used tatri or lemon or dahi. Nowadays, all are using above. I saw even hafiz is making without splitting milk with above agents. Milk is split with Angoori or samnak. There is one video of ' village food secrets' of hafiz where even he is mentioning above point I think trick lies in angoori Please also post recipe of multani Imli chutney used on this moong dal May ALLAH bless you and your family 🙏 Thank you 🙏
