When Brice Long isn’t performing, hosting, or writing, he is team roping! The western industry is a special place because of the relationships our horses and events often facilitate. For many years Brice has been a close friend in the industry and after a few talks about launching Racer’s Edge for the first time, the idea of the song “Dark Horse” came about. The “barrel racer”, whether they are from the country or the city, is a unique individual who isn’t afraid to blaze their own trail and in their own right is a “dark horse”. Brice’s song celebrates every aspect of what it means to be a barrel racer and the spirit of the sport.

I like this song alot I'm a barrel racer I love riding barrels. I got my first horse when I turned 9. I love the sport I have never been to where they are. My boyfriend said this song to me I have a horse named flicka had her since I was 9 she was 2 when I got her I love her so much I hope we ride 3 barrels together. My boyfriend is a football player and he kissed me on the football field I love him and flicka. He grow up around horses my boyfriend but he doesn't have any horses anymore he has 2 cats and1 dog I have 5 horses 5 dogs 3 barn cats and small animals my boyfriend got me flicka I was so happy that he done that for me .his grandpa has horses he did bull riding in 2012 then had a accident and said I'm never going to bull ride again my boyfriend said his dad had a career in football. Barrel racing is my life and I will never cut it in my life Andrew and I are going to get married in 4 years I'm only 16 he said that he wants to in a few years
