Will it be okay if i have only passed grade 11? Do I need to get admission first before I applied for the scholarship?

I am not certain about the submission process for the ambassador project. Do we need to submit the ambassador project together with the scholarship application form or do we need to submit the project only after being selected for the first round?

In April intake scholarship, they asked to submit Ambassador project altogether with application form if I remembered correctly. But In May intake (summer semester), the application form came first filling personal information.In the first round, ask for ambassador project, and interview later. You better check in university website. They used to update the information sometimes.
