LA Roadsters Show 2019 - Drive-Ins

- LA Roadsters is one of the oldest car clubs in Southern California, and they host one of the most unique and best shows. Now in its 55th year, the LA Roadsters Show traded hands with new owners the past two years, which reduced attendance. Although we didn't really mind the new owners, the LA Roadsters club reclaimed their show this year, and the show quality was definitely better than before. Lots of unique rides showed up in both the show area, and there was some good stuff in the swap meet area! We hope the best for future LA Roadsters Shows, and love seeing the tradition continue for many years to come! This part of the video shows both the specialty cars and the roadsters driving into the show grounds.

I have always loved customized cars. There are some real beauties on this video. I also noticed quite a few old guys behind the wheels. I would feel right at home.

Great video. Used to live in Los Angeles. Glad to see that there are still so many gear heads out there. Started a check list of my favorites but ran out of room!

I was sorry to see that video end. Those earlier year cars/trucks made the 60's cars look like the JV team.

It was great watching many cars that I couldn't afford in my youth...and now...I'm better off just watching them roll by and I don't have to paint , polish , repair, or insure any of them...someone else has to LOL!

Yeah that was a great treat seeing Gray's roadster on the move. Jim Shelton takes great care of it, and drives it often.

This is definitely one of my absolute favorite shows, so much to see in the roadster section, specialty cars, and the swap meet!

In highlights at 7:25 it is a Pontiac Sedan Delivery with a 1948 Oldsmobile grill and I believe it is the same car that I built 30 years ago!

By this definition "an open-top automobile with two seats" the overwhelming majority of vehicles in this video are not roadsters. A good sampling though is shown from 5:15 to 6:36.
They really need to change the name of this show there are so many things that don't qualify as roadsters calling it the LA Roadster Show turns out to be a joke.
Read the description - this video includes the roadsters AND specialty cars, non roadster classics made before 1975.

Lot's of very nice rides, but there's more Deuce roadsters in SoCal than Ford Mustangs in America! BORING!!
