Fleur, so glad you seem to be doing better! My husband usually gets a cold and usually more than one - every Fall/Winter. This year I started giving him Bluebonnet brand Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) in crystal form every time he feels like he is starting to get something - and it has helped every time. It has to be mixed in water and it is sour. But in spite of this being a really harsh winter here in the U.S. he hasn't had one cold this entire Fall/Winter which is remarkable really. I originally bought it to make my own Vitamin C facial serum - which lovely people on TH-cam have shared how. I get it at Mom's Organic Market here in the U.S. Probably on Amazon as well. And on that same line, GLAD to hear you are going more natural and thinking about chemicals. You have an English Rose complexion - which most English women & men, actually, are blessed with - you don't have really anything to cover. No fighting lines/wrinkles yet, etc. You look good without makeup. So I bet you could find natural alternatives to enhance what you have already been blessed with without products that are chock full of synthetic chemicals - that in the long run could be doing more damage to your skin & overall health. Ok, Granny is signing off now, but this was sent with the best of intentions. :) P.S. Mike did a terrific job the other day and looking quite dapper as well!!

the coconut body butter always reminds me of the scent of sun screen, which is a nice reminder of the warmth of summer...

I think it's a good thing you are looking after more natural skincare :) Oils are so nice for the skin, and hair too ! I use almond oil, coconut oil, even carrot oil... It has made SUCH a difference on the quality of my skin (i dont wear foundation anymore) and also it has made my hair stronger and shinier ... All good !

Fleur I am so so happy you're turning to more natural and organic skincare! I've been trying to switch to less chemical products for the past few months and was stumped for ideas beyond the Boots Botanics range and Dr Organic at Holland and Barrett so I am so pleased to hear this! Yay!

Hi Fleur, following your coconut obsession, I would recommend you to get a big jar of natural coconut oil. You can get it from Holland & Barrett for around £10/£15. Great for moisturising, using as a hair mask or mixing with sugar for exfoliating. Delicious and very natural. I am hooked :) Thanks for your great video! x

Love pretty much all the L'oreal mascaras- carbon black, million lashes, butterfly effect... I've tried so many and there's not been one I haven't liked from them!

I love scrubbing my face/body with coconut oil and raw sugar :) it's the best.

I would love to see a skincare routine, because for the first time ever I have Normal to dry skin and I'm at a loss for what cleaser to try first. I've only ever used acne cleansers in the past.
The Body Shop Coconut Body Mist is gorgeous for those days when you don't want to wear perfume but still want to smell good - it's exactly the same as the body butter and the scent lingers for ages!
I LOVE coconut anything! Hair, face, body, food, sweets you name it, I could live on coconuts! Thanks Fleur!

That's such a coincidence Fleur I started using the Botanics Hydrating Eye cream too and featured it in my favourites video, my eye area was really dry and makeup looked horrible. It really helped me too!

If u have a chance to get to an Indian grocery store they have loads if coconut products. Try anything in these lines:
1. Vatika
2. Parachute
3. Dabur
They make wonderful hair treatments and face products with coconut. And Indians use a lot if coconut in their cooking too. U can great food options too.

I've been having a weird coconut obsession this month too that started with perle de lait coconut yogurts :) I'm now using a radox coconut shower gel, using coconut milk and I've bought some coconut oil for my hair!

I'm obsessed with coconut oil for cooking and I am sat in bed with my hair in a bun, covered in it. I colour my hair at Aveda so it's more natural but I still feel it gets dry. I also mix it with honey and oats as a face mask....though it's pretty tasty!
I agree with another commenter that if you're going natural then try Pai. The bio regenerate oil is a saviour for all skin types and I use it on my scalp when it needs soothing.
