As i said before! the graffscene in Soviet is like the european, some 25 years ago. If you got a bit of talent its quite easy to get commission´s from different companies. Most of the time they pay the artist´s with spraycans. It was basicly the same deal in western Europe until 1989 when garff became more or less passe.
