प्रेगनेंसी / गर्भावस्था को लेकर बहुत सारे सवाल महिलाओं के पास रहते है| गर्भावस्था में अपने और बच्चे का ख्याल कैसे रखे, जो भी शारीरिक बदलाव होने वाले है उसके बारे में कैसे जानकारी ले, गर्भावस्था के दौरान कैसे सावधान रहना चाहिए और होने वाले जो पिता है उन्हें भी क्या ख्याल रखना चाहिए इस प्रकार की सारी जानकारी देने की कोशिश डॉ. सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में करती है | २४ वा सप्ताह गर्भावस्थ का महत्वपूर्ण सप्ताह है |
२४ वे सप्ताह में माँ के शरीर में कई बदलाव आते है, बच्चे में भी कईं सारे बदलाव आते है। इन सारे बदलावों के बारे में डॉ सुप्रिया पुरानिक सब जानकारी देती है। माँ के शरीर में आने वाले सारे बदलावों और लक्षणों के बारे में डॉ विस्तार में बताती है जैसे कैसे माँ का वजन बढ़ जाता है, कैसे शरीर और नसों में पानी जमा हो जाता है, सूजन आ जाती है आदि।
इस हफ्ते में बच्चे में जो बदलाव आते है वो भी डॉ बताती है जैसे बेबी का वजन, लम्बाई, taste buds, pancreas, lungs आदि | साथ ही साथ वह ये भी बताती है की ऐसे बदलावों के चलते माँ अपना ध्यान कैसे रखे ? कोनसी चीज़ो से ये बदलाव नुक्सान नहीं पहुचायेंगे ? क्या करे क्या न करे? कौन सा खाना खाए, कब खाए और कौन सा खाना ना खाए | कौन से जरूरी टीके इस हफ्ते में लगाने चाहिए ?और तो और इस हफ्ते को क्यों महत्वपूर्ण कहा जाता है वो भी बताती है।

Hi Mam, even I am following your video every week. It helps a lot to over come all the doubts and myth. I have question here. Is there any side effects on baby or Mom by doing regular scanning? As few of my friends and family members says to avoid frequent scan (although it's suggested by doctor). Could you please help here.

Hi ma’am! There’s a minimum dilatation in the right renal pelvis of my baby which is 4.43mm.. though I am told that it is minor and I don’t need to worry about it but still I am worried.. will it be fine by the time of the birth of my baby ? And also my doctor advised me Fetal echo at 24th week though there wasn’t any kind of abnormality in the anomaly scan apart from the right kidney.. is Fetal echo a part of the all other monthly tests or there’s any kind of complication in my case..plz help..
