    • @RowesRising
      @RowesRising  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @katescaringcorner6765 nothing but preference. I’d like a stainless for durability and food prep purposes. I’ve looked at some online but I’m frugal and I have this cart that works fine. I got the cart for my previous FD and it worked well as it was a larger machine (smaller FD capacity but the machine was bigger) and the drain pipe was in a different position than this one. I propped it up on blocks temporarily so that it can drain effectively. But a flat table for trays, work surface in the summer garden months when I’m doing more fresh produce etc would be nice. 🌻🌻🌻

    Wish I could say my Harvest Right was awesome but it is not. Within 1 year, multiple breakdowns and a trip back to Utah now for the second time. It is 16 months old and they tell me they know what is wrong but do not have the part needed to fix it and no ETA. I am not the only person having difficulties. The FedEx freight man who picked the machine up told me that he has had to return quite a number of them. I love the process- it's fantastic and I have asked them to take a part out of one of their existing units but that is not their "policy". The freezing part of mine that does not work has a 3 year warranty but what good is that. I guess I wouldn't be as miffed if they had fixed it right the 1st time when it was 9 months old. This latest breakdown started the end of July and now we are in October. I am beyond frustrated with them.

      I have owned both. I chose HR over SF because it’s more efficient as far as cycle length, and the vacuum is quieter than SF. SF was alarming loud in my garage- I could still hear it in my house. I could run the HR in my home and not be annoyed but the quiet hum. The SF has more headspace between trays for FDing candy and things that puff up in the process. Otherwise I choose HR. If you have specific questions I can answer?

It impossible to get it fixed and will it's such a hassle it will end up taking up so much time and energy you will lose massive amounts of money. Stay away from these company. I had 28 of there machines and 23 of them I had to fix. The only good machine are the old ones from Gen 1 to Gen 3 are worth buying. The new ones break, custom service sucks, and at that point it’s easier to buy a new machine (that will break again) than fix your broken machine. That’s there new business model, why sell you a machine that will last a life time while I can sell you one that will only last 6 months if that. Good luck if you buy these machines. That’s just one instance. May have been user error. SF is much louder. Plus, It was a China ran company that stole technology from HR that really got me to switch.
