I like how you can see the three different levels of loot sharing here. Smith tells the others what he finds, but he also tells them when he finds gear he doesn't need and tells them to take it. Ross tells the others what he finds but more in an accidental way most of the time, done in the process of narrating to himself what he's doing. He'll occasionally ask if anyone wants a piece of equipment but won't even make sure the others heard him before moving on and forgetting. And then there's Trott, who sees a fighter helmet and not only does he not take it, but he doesn't say a word to Smith, who's playing a fighter.
The boiks punching barrels barefisted is painful to watch and hear! lol Poor ol' Trott at the end there. Has the poor man ever successfully extracted with all his loot?
I don't know how or why but I had a flash of the old Kid's show Jungle Run in the first few seconds when they opened a secret door with a lever and then trapped Trott inside
It took the Hat Bois 7 minutes and 51 seconds to say something questionable today. Today's questionable comment was by Ross and the Hat boys were playing Dark & Darker. The current average is 3 minutes and 52 seconds. I will post this on every video unless I forget.
This game actually seems like a fun challenge. I'm glad the boiks are playing it because if I was playing myself I don't think I'd be able to handle it.
is that bill and ben the flowpot men in the thumbnail? i haven't thought about that in years, that is a deep cut! also trott losing all that loot at the end is so disheartening!
You just have to extract, so the blue portals will take you out of the map regardless of other players, and you take your loot with you. It's this new, I guess subgenre of battle royale that started with games like Escape from Tarkov. The big game that's currently doing it is CoD Warzone with their DMZ mode. You can then presumably enter a new match with all of the sweet new gear you've collected, but if you die in that match without extracting you lose all of that gear.
I swear these games are cancerous... You can call me what ever you life, you know for a fact that people show their true scum nature in games like these.

yogscast guarantee.....
Ross finding the boots, longsword and shield that Smith could have used and not letting him know hurt my soul, and I didn't even play the game.
Smith on 1hp and Ross overlooking his camp fire..
23:07 is exactly why you don't wait until you're "done looting," just take the portal the moment it appears
The sounds of pain from punching barrels are glorious!!!!
slowmotion: the game - part 2
Just finished work at 3am and the best boys have posted to keep me company on the train home. Legends.
"GOLDEN CHALICE HAHAHA" what an ending
would love to see more when another playtest comes round
"you guys have any healing?" no no no *mouses over campfire* the hat boiks everyone
classic dog vision moment
@@WinderTP how about more food sounds to go with the food sounds!
pot boy is my favorite member of hat films
I really love these, might even resort to watching the VODs at this rate!
Ross hovering his campfire and telling Smith he got no healing for him is peak hats
I swear there's a peep show reference in every vid. Love it
Imagine the boys become the best players of this game and then it becomes super popular
You will need *a lot* of imagination for that lol
@@Multimedia_Magic the game is super popular and..oh...okay you right
so you mean like rocket league?
minus the "best players" part
It would take more than imagination to make them good. It would take the playerbase to drop to to Hood: Outlaws levels for that to be true.
Hahaha 16:15, "Oh a crystal ball. Maybe we can tell our futur-OH WE DIE"
The boiks punching barrels barefisted is painful to watch and hear! lol Poor ol' Trott at the end there. Has the poor man ever successfully extracted with all his loot?
Aww, poor pots!
The urge to compile a playlist of every Hat Films video where the boiks mention the 'So, what, pair of fuckin' eighters, I reckon?' line.
Is there any fight in a game that's less satisfying than shooting a skeleton with an arrow
I assume Clerics can heal and stuff like that. Would it be worth going for a more standard D&D party structure? Ranger/Wizard/Cleric?
I don't know how or why but I had a flash of the old Kid's show Jungle Run in the first few seconds when they opened a secret door with a lever and then trapped Trott inside

What happens if they don't say something questionable? What does that do to the average?
@@Delaterius I feel like that’s an impossible scenario
This game is ideal for the Hat boys! Loving the content

This is a good game for your chaos.
Please Play More of the @hatfilms
It's in playtesting atm so can't play more until Feb
@@JJJW9W9W its the most brutal frustrating hilarous dnd mess of a game evah!

Poor pots just wanted to get out
Is this a callback to the "This guy are sick." translation from FFVII lmao
it sucks Ross wont stop lagging makes it such a pain to watch its a shame bc he makes good plays
yeah I had to double check to see if it was on 60fps.
More of this!
I'm loving this one boiks can't wait to see more
is that bill and ben the flowpot men in the thumbnail? i haven't thought about that in years, that is a deep cut! also trott losing all that loot at the end is so disheartening!
You dont say the words guffaw to guffaw!! rofl
Cheeky Bill and Ben meme in the thumbnail... lol
Is the premis to escape with loot for points/xp?
Ross literally taking fighter loot and not telling Smith, smhl.
I mean.. Smith literally through rawhide gloves away, whilst not wearing any gloves. So does he really deserve the other stuff
Keep it coming lads!
Trott was the canary
Loving it
Blood from skeletons makes sense.
how do you actually keep loot though? Do you HAVE to win, to keep what you found?

@Tom Gane So you mean something like Darkest Dungeon?
WOOOOOO!
hello
Why are the skeletons BLEEDING?
Well, obviously their bones are blood-filled.
I wonder if there will be outside maps (I know it’s against the theme of the game’s title), but it would be awesome 😊
cool
yooooo

God, this game looks so boring. I've seen games on Roblox more fun than this.
hatfilms' commentary makes any game, even this, watchable
