This recipe allows you to prepare a perfect lunch or dinner in a short time! Forget complicated procedures - this method is also suitable for beginners. Prepare delicious salted fish with aromatic young potatoes at home!
🐟 Fish with sauce and young potatoes 🥔
Ingredients:
Red fish fillet 🐟
Salt 🧂
Sugar 🍚
A bunch of dill 🌿
Young potatoes 🥔
Young onions 🧅
6-7 cloves of garlic 🧄
Olive oil (5 tablespoons) 🫒
Juice of half a lemon 🍋
Mustard with grains (1 teaspoon) 🌾
Lettuce leaves 🥗
Instructions:
Fish preparation:
Cut the red fish fillet into pieces. 🐟
Add salt and sugar in a ratio of 2🧂:1🍚.
Mix everything and place the fish on a plate. 🍽️
Coarsely chop the bunch of dill and mix it with the fish. 🌿
Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. 🕒
Potato preparation:
Bring water to a boil and add the young potatoes. 🥔
When the water boils again, add the young onions and dill. 🧅🌿
Salt to taste and cook everything for 15 minutes. 🧂⏳
Sauce preparation:
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a bowl. 🍋
Add 5 tablespoons of olive oil. 🫒
Add a teaspoon of mustard with grains and mix everything well. 🌾🥄
Final steps:
While the potatoes are cooking, finely chop the garlic and dill. 🧄🌿
When the potatoes are ready, lightly fry them in oil with garlic and dill. 🥔🧄
Take the fish out of the refrigerator, rinse it with cold water, and place it on a paper towel to dry. 💧🧻
Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and mix everything. 🍋🫒🐟
Serving:
Place the potatoes on a plate. 🍽️
Serve the fish with lettuce leaves and pour the sauce over it. 🥗🐟
