What a stupid thing to criticize lol. It’s just staging. 😂 and if you don’t like the house, don’t buy it. People have a right to do whatever they want with a house they own. Old or modern. None of your business. And the interior of the home isn’t modern. Get your vision checked. You clearly have no idea what a truly modern home is.
Interesting why the house prices are so expensive still, even in Rochester. This is really high for this area. You'd have to make close to seven figures to buy this house, and I can't imagine many millionaires in Rochester, or any who would want to move there.
Drive by this house frequently. Very busy intersection. Can’t imagine you would ever hear the birds chirping. Lovely house though.
What I hear is highways. I got mugged right down the street leaving the pizzeria one night too.
