I absolutely would love a coaster and new themed section like that at Knott’s Berry Farm. Pair that with the makeover of their Camp Snoopy area and with the idea of converting the two towers on Supreme Scream with the S&S Spin Shot towers, I’ve feel that guests will flock to the park.
This needs to happen Brandon. It would quickly become a regular pick for world's greatest coaster. If Knotts gets a giga it would only be fitting for it to also be highly themed with a show building before the lift. The interaction with the road would be cool as well. It would be like Fury 325 with the cool setting of Goliath at Over Georgia, the theme quality and dynamic nature of Velocicoaster and the theme of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. You really can't do much to improve upon that.
This is a really neat concept! There's about a hundred reasons why it would be impossible to actually build it as proposed, but it's very fun to dream about the possibilities.
Agreed. As with all proposals, you over design to get ALL of your ideas out there, like a buffet. Letting the buyer pick and chose what they like and what inspires them. There's ALOT to be inspired by with this proposal/concept. I just hope the right people get just as inspired as the coaster community has been for over a decade now (2010/2009 when the rumors of knott's getting a giga began). It was supposed to be Leviathan.15 years ago...
From what I understand, the biggest reason a hyper/giga hasn't happened at Knott's yet is far less because of Knott's/Cedar Fair and far more because of Buena Park. The property itself is pretty much maxed out right now and the city is insisting on infrastructure improvements before they'll approve any expansion of the park footprint (which would be required for an attraction of this size), but the park isn't willing to invest $50-60 million on all the infrastructure unless it also comes with advance approval for a long term expansion plan (something the city has been reluctant to grant). In my opinion, a B&M hyper is the best coaster type currently on the market for Knott's to choose as their next major thrill ride, but I'm skeptical it will actually happen as there's so many hurdles to a project of that scale for this particular location.
What’s one thing all but one coaster at Knotts has in common? They’re all laughably short! I would be beyond shocked to see any traditional giga built here, let alone one over 7k feet in length. I suppose we can still dream!
Now that Six Flags and Cedar Fair are merging, I feel like if Southern California gets a giga it'll be at SFMM. They've got more space and less issues with neighbors.
As cool as the concept is, there's just too much going against the idea of a full-sized giga going to Knotts. Once the merger goes through, they might as well just move the Knotts giga to Magic Mountain since the land is easier to work with there.
Yep… with this merger, there is no reason for cedar fair/ six flags to spend millions on large risky coasters when they can just do the safe and tried and true.
@@JohnHuitema on the contrary, Gigas are tried and true. Especially within the Cedar Fair chain. B&M has been their absolute BEST professional partner for over 25 years now. This coaster type has dominated The Golden Ticket awards for best Steel coaster since the year 2000,and FURY 325 (giga) won again (7x) just last year. Its reliable, high returns on investments, General Public pleasers, it markets it self, it's iconic, it's a megastructure that draws people in. It's comfy and easily re-rideable for families. With being landlocked, you want your investments to last, stand out, and make the most of your space/land. I believe knott's management passed up on the Giga-Coaster Leviathan back in 2008-2009 in favor of going to Canada's Wonderland because they desperately needed to fix the parks aging classic attractionsx and infrastructure. Which they've done for the past 12 years and counting. Last BIG thrill ride was 2004's Silver Bullet, it'll be 20 in December. I don't count 2018's Hangtime because its good, but its not a 20-25 million dollar investment, it's not large scale. But it's good.
Ive heard this argument multiple times that Magic Mtn should now be the park to focus on thrill, exclusively. They have the title of most coasters in the world, a deep line-up, yet Magic doesn't have a REALLY good family coaster (might be changing soon). What I'm getting at is variety. There's no reasons that both parks can't have or offer something special and different of each other. A coaster of this magnitude would literally carry Knotts for 30+ years, just as Silver Bullet has done so for 20 years now, as when it debuted in in December of 2004 it was a dated but "tried and true" model at the time (invert). As of now, Gigas have been voted best steel coaster by the golden ticket awards since millennium force debuted in 2000, where it's won 7x until Fury 325 opened where it has now won 7x, that's the ultimate example of a "tried and true" investment out there in the world today. Especially good old tried and true B&M, Cedar Fair couldn't ask for a better manufacturer or coaster model. Knott's needs this, badly, unless you've been at the park regularly over the past 3-4 years, you'd know from an operations and guest satisfaction point of view, exactly why this particular ride model and manufacturer is needed as desperately as it is. They could literally not add anymore coasters for around 10+ years until people start to notice or complain, and just focus on enhancing the park elsewhere. That's the ultimate goal, I'd imagine 🤷♂️
Have y’all sent this to Knott’s? Not that I think they’d jump at the idea but could spark something in their leadership team to see something as well thought out as this!
I grew up with Knotts Berry Farm, and I agree with this coaster🎉. I think Knotts is due for some upgrades and gives the other parks a run for their money.
Oh, how I wish this was actually happening, as if this were the actual plans for Knotts. This is an amazing animation of what could/should be coming to the park. You did a fantastic job on this video. Cedar Fair seriously needs to see this. Good job!💯👍
I can tell you, that they have seen it, and are aware of it. From what I've been told, they like parts of it, and have appreciation for it. But at the end of the day, it's about what fits, what's within budget, and what the park needs first. As is the case with may park. Knott's needs to sort out it's parking situation 1st. Once that's taken care of, then big expansion conversations can take place.

Love the concept and would love something like this on the west coast since we dont have a giga over here. That being said I think the possibility of such an attraction coming to Knotts is very slim. First off I think the cost alone would be insane. B&Ms are pretty expensive on top of that California is one of the most expensive states. We are not just talking about a coaster but also the cost of completely redoing the main entrance along with rerouting the road and going under that one section of road that runs through ghost rider. I guess it could be possible if they split the projects up by a couple of years, do the front of the park then build the coaster 2 to 3 years down the road. But another reason i think there is a slim chance of this happening is like everyone here in the comments said the merger of ceder fair and six flags. I can see them using magic for high thrills and keeping Knotts more family friendly to compete with Disney. But i can see them expanding ghost town as they have part of that back section always open for events. I do hope im wrong and they announce some crazy giga coaster project in 2 to 3 years, that will be amazing. I will tell you one thing Knotts needs a parking structure. Was at the park today and oh man was it crowded even worse then magic which i went to the day before.
Absolutely agree with you. Parking structure, absolutely imperative for future expansion. Before ANYTHING can be built, they have to take care fo their parking predicament. They sold the old church to beunthe city of Buena Park, and agreed to house it on their property, but as you can tell, they need parking desperately, and from what I hear the city doesn't want to help out in that process for various reasons. Since that's the case, they would need to expand their surface lots, move the church somewhere else, pave more parking in the churchs old grassy area, possibly get rid of the "corporate events center" expand parking there as well. And lastly, buy up some of the old sears parking lot. That's the ONLY alternatives to ensure future growth potential, if not, they will severely stunt their own growth. It an expansive predicament to be in, but one that isn't going away anytime soon. Maybe all the parking issues will put pressure on the city to help out, finally. If that's the case of course.
Silver Bullet cost 16 million back in December 2004, the park has proven itself, unlike Carowinds which at the time hadn't proven itself before the 60illion dollar multi-year investment in parking, a hotel, and FURY 325. Knott's is overdue for "something" special, and everyone knows it.
I would love to see this happen, but Knott's is Knott's. It really doesn't need to make an expensive investment like this to keep the crowds coming. All it needs to do is keep itself clean and piggyback off of Disney's over pricing. Knott's doesn't even seem to car the the guns on Bear-y Tales haven't been working for about a month now. And as for Mystery Lodge: that's just one more attraction Knott's has left slide into obscurity. The one thing that might possibly come out of this video is the new entrance plaza. The old entrance is worn. Most ticket booths are no longer used. The Knott's sign over the entrance has been raised to accommodate cheap, seasonal signs. The restrooms just inside the entrance are horrible. I'm guessing that Knott's hasn't put any money into the restrooms yet due to a possible remodel of the whole front entryway.
Couldn’t have said this better myself. Once you realize they’ve figured out they’re just absorbing guest demand from the vast local population that can’t/wont pay for Disney, you’ll have a much harder time seeing them dumping tens of millions of dollars into more elite coasters that they can’t operate efficiently anyway.
Xcelerator used the old wind jammer building permit for that corner of the park, which was already approved for a height of 210ft tall in conjunction with the distance of the closest homes (500ft away). It was cheaper to use that permit as an environmental impact report had already been generated from when wind jammer was seeking approval to be built. Those reports take 6-12 months sometimes to complete, Knotts was aggressively looking to add coasters at the time (cedar fair acquisition).
Most likely gonna be magic mountain, they're going to have a way easier time getting the project green lit than Knotts would. Plus I feel like Knott's is going to focus more on family experiences while SFMM will focus on the thrill side
SFMM has a coaster not too far away called Gold Rusher. IMO this hypothetical coasters name sounds too similar. The coasters layout looks amazing though
OK, so I'm actually a former employee from Knotts Berry Farm. I worked in the aquatics department which is basically the Soak city lifeguards and we got to know about the stuff that was going on in the park and the reason why Montezuma's revenge was closed for so long is because the parts got lost during transit and they were barely found 3 or 4 months ago
I would absolutely love this, but let’s face it: Cedar Fair isn’t going to go through all of that trouble to put in such excessive theming. Best case scenario, they’ll just theme the station. Still I’d gladly take it!
would love a giga. Grew up a few cities by Knotts. Had passes for 5 years then I had to move and help out family in Arizona, If they build this, I will go back and find a way whether its staying at a hotel or cabin or with my other family
Hey Brian I just wanna say thank you for a new shirt for a Christmas gift and i always think positive and good things! thank you Brian and happy holidays!
A good video 👍🏿I will love to see you give a video about Six Flags Fiesta Texas might be getting a new coaster ride in the boardwalk area for 2025 season. They been showing a B&M concept.
I just wanna see Salim show up at KumbaK's headquarters for payment on Montezooma. Speaking of which, post-merger a giga at Knott's isn't happening. Magic Mountain will get coasters, Knott's will get shows and dark rides.
@@kenfrancisworld8720 You mean Looney Tunes. Snoopy is going away, the liscence expires within the next few years and Looney Tunes is better known by kids today. Six Flags Berry Farm to the bank!!!
I wish this merger happened 2 years ago. Great Adventure might have gotten a full circuit giga for their 50th anniversary this year. I remember that video you did about where they could build a giga at the park.
If this doesn't happen, people will be ultra pissed off. ESPECIALLY with the MonteZooma drama goin' on right now - this is the perfect diversion till they figure it out
Sand filled tracks for ONE thing...PLUS, the majority of the coaster itself looks like it's gonna travel away from the nearby neighborhood location to the south of the park.....AYY, cars traveling up and down Beach Blvd and Crescent Ave will disturb the neighbors more than the coaster and screams will.
Lift hill faces away from (eastwards towards soak city) nearby neighbors, 1st turnaround is the same and slightly more feet away from the nearby homes in comparison to Xcelerator's top hat, which stands 205ft tall, and roughly just about 500ft away from the closest homes. The 1st turnaround is under 200ft tall and over 600ft away from. Nearby homes. Those are the ONLY 2 areas in question that may potentially be seen as problematic. If that's not good enough, the addition of half scream tubes cam easily be added to those 2 sections. B&M has done it before in Europe for a Hyper called Silver Star. TH-cam search it.

how sturdy are the neighbours? Efteling could only build indoor attraction near the housing areas since that park is also at the edge of a city and neighbours allready complain about noise of indoor attractions. So a rollercoaster this size near a large neighbourhood is screaming NOPE for me.
Yes. However, it may drive inspiration as well as serve as a gauge to what the public likes and dislikes without being directly responsible for the video. Free, indirect market research. However, they did send out a survey asking about the future.
I've long speculated that a giga wont happen in CA because of the SA fault. SD2K is good example of how much they'd have to beef up the structure. In regards to where Clermont Steel is located, it seems like a foolish investment to ship a beefed up structure that far. Obviously B&M's get built out there, but im guessing a project like this would easily double the quantity of shipments. Perhaps a little closer to Ohio and a little further from an area that experiences earthquakes.
This would be good for 2025, but I also feel like b & m isn’t creative enough to come up with a layout like this. For them they only do turnarounds and airtime which is incredibly boring.
I'd say it would fit perfect in 2027 or 2028. 2027 is the 30th year anniversary of cedar fair owning Knott's, and being a reliable cash cow for the company. 2028 because the Los Angeles Olympics is that year, and it will have been 10 years since the last major coaster was built, 2018's mid-tier Hangtime....and over 20 years since the last major full circuit coaster was built 2004's silver Bullet, ghost rider was built in 1998, that's 30 years, and then there's 1995's family coaster Jaguar, that's even longer. So it's clear to see, they're wayyyy overdue. Hangtime was a bad aid, because they knew they would have to make a significant capital investment for the next chapter in the parks future.
It definitely won't happen. It would be outrageous in price and the park doesn't need a giga like that. Kings Island had a massive plot of land to pretty much do whatever they wanted and they came up with Orion which everyone seems disappointed in and that ride was $30 plus million pre covid and pre massive inflation. With everything that needs to go into this to make it happen you're looking at $50 million for a park that really wouldn't see a benefit. The park has already maxed out its potential attendance. Its a fun idea but its just that for fun. No way near realistic.
We need another high capacity B&M, it's routinely SLAMMED and the wait times makes the park experience absolutely MISERABLE! I'm a 4 year pass holder, I promise you this ride is absolutely needed. It'll add 5k to the parks capacity as well, it's the perfect cap of an iconic stand out ride for the landlocked park. It's been since 2004 (almost 20 years) since our last true length coaster in Silver Bullet, it's time for the next big investment that'll easily last 30 years and will give the park a TRULY world class ride that would easily carry the park for 20+ years as there's NOTHING like it in the western half of the U.S.
With all it's surrounding work this looks like a $50 million dollar installation. Could they even afford to sink that much money into a single attraction??
Windjammer needs to come back! As a dueling S&S El Loco Coaster, where each train with have two cars together that has all of the same inversion type of elements that a normal El Loco coaster has, and a few unique featured elements that no other one has, with a very similar layout that this iconic coaster had.
The name Gold rush is already taken and were do you think this will fit fam??? Btw people around the park still hear the coaster so it ain’t gonna happen
Magic mountain has gold "rusher". The name is a loose reference place holder. Its within the same height restrictions/distance from nearby homes as 2002's Xcelerator. Xcelerator is 205ft and roughly 500ft away from the nearest homes, the closest this one gets to nearby homes is the turnaround in the southeast corner of the parking lot near the motel and CVS. That element (hammerhead turnaround) is under 200ft tall, andore than 600ft away from nearby homes. If they wanted they could add half pipe scream tubes on that turnaround, and sand filled columns and rails. In short, if there's a will to build this, there's ALWAYS a way. As for Knotts money, the company cedar fair/Six Flags has the financial resources. Knott's just competed it's 10 year business plan of refurbing majority of the park, marketplace, and hotel. Next is parking and soak city, main gate, and "maybe" a new coaster. But before expansion can take place, they restored the parks infrastructure itself, with 5-10 million dollar projects every year for 10 years. They have the money, it's just being spent wisely and cautiously.
@@tahjo7 never heard of Slagharen’s signature coaster? It’s called Gold Rush. A coaster this high can even if people live nearby or far away can see and here from out there backyard. It doesn’t matter if they fill the collumns with sand or put the track the other way from the residents, it doesn’t matter you hear it anyway cause the ride is that tall. As for the money. Why would Cedar fair/ Six Flags put so much money into a ride in this park? A B&M coaster from this scale with as TPP said “theming on the level of Disney and Universal” will cost atleast 50m+. Other parks in the chain can build a whole infrastructure or themed areas with that money and cause Knott’s isn’t that big, why would they? Don’t try to call me out here
@@R_M2603 hope it's OK to reply. Cedar Fair invested 60 million in Carowinds over 2 years when they announced Fury 325, redid the parking lot, and main entry, Co financed an on-site hotel as well. The money and track record of that high level if CapEx is there. Why Knott's? It's been the highest performing park in their portfolio since they acquired it back in December of 1997, and still is. Even after the merger, out of all the 28 parks in both chains portfolios, Knotts is still #1 in all metrics. Despite it's small size. Its because of all those facts that they WOULD actually get the best ride that cedar fair has ever built. Its WELL deserved & earned. Additionally, for the past 10 years the park has been making small incremental upgrades, despite all the money it brings in. That's why folks at Knotts have long said that knott's is paying fur everyone else's BIG coaster projects, while the park continually does small (but needed) projects. Its LONG overdue for a large CapEx project. The 2 largest and most needed are truly expensive. Parking structure (30-60 million) Expanded front gate area as the current setup is extremely in efficient (5-10 million). And of course being severely overdue for a large high capacity ride as the park has been doing over 6 million guest per year (source cedar fair earnings call 8/2023). Since the 3 things that the park desperately needs costs soo much, it's my belief that they want to fix the park land by land, restroom, store and restaurant renovation, even the 11 million hotel renovation that they just completed, and THEN, switch the focus to the expensive investments that the park has been slowly working towards. If we never get the Giga, then I would easily expect a parking expansion in the corporate events area next to soak city, a new Soak City slide, and an exoanded front gate entry area by closing the current car entrance off grand Ave , and relocating it further down Beach Blvd, this allowing max space for a new entry experience. The park has seen year over year growth for 10 years plus now, these changes are necessary and inevitable. Its just going to cost soo much money, that they've been kicking the can further and further down the road, and we've reached a point to where it's becoming obvious and unavoidable, as the lack of these things that I mentioned, it's effects are now noticeable and being felt by the average guest, and has been for over 2+ years now, as the park continues to become more popular as it's value has skyrocketed amongst those in SoCal. I believe that the projects I mentioned have been planned for years, it's just a long 10 year business plan that has to be completed 1st. I have alot of knowledge on this subject, please feel free to ask me anything else, and I'll help out with what I know as best as I can.
This is Richard from Knott's Berry Farm creative design team; we love your ideas and are immediately moving forward with these concepts! I am here to confirm that the Giga Coaster will begin construction asap, and will indeed use the Gold Rush theme. The front gate will also be completely demolished and rebuilt! Thank you for this input!
Youre hired. Do you have 50m dollars and some pull with the local city council? I can tell you as a resident these peoples homes are all they have. Some of them bought for 100k in the 90s and now theyre sitting on a million dollar property today. New buyers paying 750k+ for simple homes built 50 years ago arent going to let this project to happen
The project is completely contained within Knott's property, Lift hill faces eastwards towards soak city, and the ONLY other potential concern for the locals is the 190ft turnaround on the corner of Crescent Ave and Beach Blvd. The closest home to that turnaround is more than 600ft away, at 2 city blocks away. The 2 motels, Westward Wagon Inn, and Colony Inn, CVS, and the 76 gas station is directly adjacent to the turnaround element in question. In comparison, Xcelerator's Tophat is 205ft tall, at the corner of LA Palma & Western Ave, it's closest home is 500ft away. And it was approved back in '99/'00. Sand filled B&M's are insanely quiet, and if they wanted they could add half scream tubes on the element, and the rest of the ride would be just fine. Long story short, it's completely possible.
In our case here in the western half of the United States, you have literally 40 million+ people that have NEVER experienced any new B&M since 2006's Tatsu and 2004's silver Bullet. Its now 2024, we need some of that modern B&M goodness... We're overdue
@@tahjo7you aren’t missing anything but tighter restraints. It’s been the same vibrating box technology since the 80s when they were using it for erections only one sixteenth the size of today’s. On their newer larger coasters you really feel the rattle in every valley.

This is a 100% fairytale; I live close to Knott's Berry Farm and have ridden 4 Giga coasters. I guarantee you this will NEVER EVER happen! They have no room to expand whatsoever. Please stop giving people false hope; I have ridden Fury 325. There is no way that Knott's Berry Farm can fit in a ride like this; it is pure fiction!
It's a concept "idea"....it's ok... The measurements check out, Escape Designs made this concept, they are coaster fans, & actual field engineers that make concepts for fun, showing what's "possible" not "likely". I rhode Fury 325 as well, 30+ times in a hot day in August, it was running at 102mph per the coasters computer/ride-ops Best ride of my life, no wonder it, and millennium force have dominated the best steel coaster awards since 2000.
@@tahjo7 A lot of people keep giving false hope about this happening; it will not. I know a coaster like that will never be built anywhere in California.
@@theoseeley9661 sadly, I feel the same as you do, that's why fortunately, it lives here in this concept. It's nice to have a visual of "what could be". Part of the reason this was made was to provide enjoyment for those of us that like to imagine, the creative kid that still lives inside of us. Will the current knott's management pull the trigger in this, probably not, as the gm is an ex Disney guy (Jon Storbeck), if this were 2005 -ish, maybe, as the management back then was more aggressive with the expansion of knott's from 1998 - 2008.
I would like to have one of these Super Boomerangs by Vekoma, be the new version of Montezuma's Revenge. th-cam.com/video/RC3LWEpHBj8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=B7N_bkMD1b0hNV2l That has a Right Twisting Immelman Stall Loop, a 360° Loop, a 720º Zero-G Roll, a Left Flipping Step Up Dive Loop, a Second 360º Loop, a Zero-G Roll and a Step Up Roll.
This would really be great for the park
Knott’s is my home park and I would be really excited if they build this
Can we just build this already? Just put down everything and build it NOW. Amazing 10/10
This could be the best coaster ever built
Knotts is the family park now, magic mountain is getting the giga
You sir have provided the BEST most LOGICAL comment on the expansion topic.
Very well could be Thank you for watching! 🎢
I will let escape designs hand that part since they created it
My heart jumped until I saw the word "concept" 😅
I Think This Would Instantly Become A Top 10 Worthy Coaster! It May Become Number 1 For Me If It Was Built!

Bam Giga Coaster Coming for knotts berry farm in 2028 Opening date.
I grew up with Knotts Berry Farm, and I agree with this coaster🎉. I think Knotts is due for some upgrades and gives the other parks a run for their money.
It’s a great park! Thank you for watching! 🎢
I REALLY WISH THEY DO THIS!!!😁
I want this so badly
Me too! Thank you for watching! 🎢
This Giga concept created by Escape designs needs to be created in the Ghost Town area.

Man Brandon, you need to be a GM my friend! This is awesome! 👏🏻
Thank you! 🙏🏻
I hope you’re right about the entrance!
This is one of the best ideas Ive ever heard!!
Thank you!
Didn’t they have to cap Xcelerator to 200ft because of zoning laws?
Xcelerator used the old wind jammer building permit for that corner of the park, which was already approved for a height of 210ft tall in conjunction with the distance of the closest homes (500ft away).
It was cheaper to use that permit as an environmental impact report had already been generated from when wind jammer was seeking approval to be built.
Those reports take 6-12 months sometimes to complete, Knotts was aggressively looking to add coasters at the time (cedar fair acquisition).
this sounds awesome
Great concept Brandon! It will be interesting to see after the merger which park gets the green light for the Giga, Knott's or Magic Mountain...
Probably Magic Mountain.
Most likely gonna be magic mountain, they're going to have a way easier time getting the project green lit than Knotts would. Plus I feel like Knott's is going to focus more on family experiences while SFMM will focus on the thrill side
Magic mountain 100%
I would love if that massive b&m monster would actually happen.
SFMM has a coaster not too far away called Gold Rusher. IMO this hypothetical coasters name sounds too similar. The coasters layout looks amazing though
Valid point! Thank you for watching! 🎢
This is perfect, i really think they need this for their park
This definitely needs to happen. It would be so awesome!!!
Thank you I agree
Hiii theme park predictions! So glad you have a new video!!!
Hope you enjoyed it!
This looks absolutely amazing no dead spots at all Fury as a lot of dead spots. This is easily 35,000000 dollar investment along with the theming.
Hey! Thank you so much for for sharing! Very interesting

This is an elite concept! Such an awesome video to watch and I hope this happens!
Keep up the great work!
I love it! I just hope knotts will be okay with having all that track and support everywhere.
The layout is insane, but if it had that added theming and mini-land this would be a top 10 coaster in the world/
I would absolutely love this, but let’s face it: Cedar Fair isn’t going to go through all of that trouble to put in such excessive theming. Best case scenario, they’ll just theme the station. Still I’d gladly take it!
Yes, but cedar Fair and Six flags partnered so it is a possibility
Very fitting name and concept!! I can see this becoming a reality soon for sure sense the merger.
If this happens, a parking garage will be needed
They need that regardless. Definitely will need it 1st, if approved or not.
This is 100% why magic mountain is getting a giga BTW. As soon as these rumors came out i said Theres no way they allow this LMFAO
I hope Knotts does this and maybe Hershey park will too
A "mine ride" coaster that isn't rough? Yes.
would love a giga. Grew up a few cities by Knotts. Had passes for 5 years then I had to move and help out family in Arizona, If they build this, I will go back and find a way whether its staying at a hotel or cabin or with my other family
What a great concept coaster! Happy New Year Brandon!! 🎉
You too Patrick! Hope you’re well!
Knott's pls build this ride. You can take my money for years to come.
Decades to come
Yeah but I would hope they would actually paint Silver Bullet silver so it would match it's name with Gold Rush obviously being gold.

I just did a video about that right before Christmas actually. 😂
Hope you are well my friend :)
GoRu 352? If all else fails it could be marketed as the worlds tallest, fastest, steepest mine train!
woah
I just wanna see Salim show up at KumbaK's headquarters for payment on Montezooma. Speaking of which, post-merger a giga at Knott's isn't happening. Magic Mountain will get coasters, Knott's will get shows and dark rides.
It does need a Peanuts dark ride.
@@kenfrancisworld8720 You mean Looney Tunes. Snoopy is going away, the liscence expires within the next few years and Looney Tunes is better known by kids today. Six Flags Berry Farm to the bank!!!
Put the peanuts dark ride show building in the space underneath silver Bullet's loop, with entrance somewhere in camp snoopy.
I wish this merger happened 2 years ago. Great Adventure might have gotten a full circuit giga for their 50th anniversary this year. I remember that video you did about where they could build a giga at the park.
If this doesn't happen, people will be ultra pissed off. ESPECIALLY with the MonteZooma drama goin' on right now - this is the perfect diversion till they figure it out
Exactly!
As much as I want this it’s never happening
DAWG I LITERALLY MADE THIS LAST YEAR BEFORE IT WAS ANNOUCED I PREDICTED THE NAME AND MODEL WHAT
tell me more about how this somehow wont disturb the nearby neighborhood?
TH-cam search it.
what an amazing video!
Thank you so much!
Too many complainers in California there’s no way they’re getting a giga
What are the chances of this happening. IM CURIOUS.😁😁😁

how sturdy are the neighbours? Efteling could only build indoor attraction near the housing areas since that park is also at the edge of a city and neighbours allready complain about noise of indoor attractions. So a rollercoaster this size near a large neighbourhood is screaming NOPE for me.
This is awesome ! But I believe it’s just a dream ….. unfortunately
I wish
Weirdly, 'most themed outside Universal or Disney' is a shockingly low bar. $150M is the ante for that. F.L.Y. maybe is what they need to beat.
I’m thinking a name like Gold Rush is too close to Gold Rusher, the name of a mine train coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain already in existence.
Could be! Valid point
Iron Miner? Miner's Revenge? Twister Miner? But seriously, How about California Gold?
@@kenfrancisworld8720 any of those could work.
Dont let magic mountain see this
Magic Mountain is dead
No camel back within first 3 elements after the first drop on a b&m is suffering to me
This would be good for 2025, but I also feel like b & m isn’t creative enough to come up with a layout like this.
I think earthquake building codes are ballooning the price for a Giga anywhere in California...
W the merger if anything in socal is getting a giga its Magic Mountain
With all it's surrounding work this looks like a $50 million dollar installation. Could they even afford to sink that much money into a single attraction??

Keep on dreaming
The name Gold rush is already taken and were do you think this will fit fam??? Btw people around the park still hear the coaster so it ain’t gonna happen
And bro thinks knotts have infinite money💀
Parking structure (30-60 million)
Expanded front gate area as the current setup is extremely in efficient (5-10 million).
😂 This guy...
You mean Cedar Fair's internal design team... Is Rob or Ken still in charge....🤔
I love everything except the first turrnaround is a bit boring.
Cute, but it'll never happen.
We will see :)
Haha thank you! And I have 51 mil. 😂
Gigas aren’t even that great. Layout with appropriate forces is king. Talk to RMC and intamin.
Yes, Intamin would be better
Everything intamin makes feels completely unique and different while b&m keeps regurgitating their repetitive designs.
I just want an Intamin giga:)
@@IntaminFanGRLPowerCoastersb&m has more rider capacity and is forged right in Ohio so the clipboard executives will probably choose them once again.
Why are you bringing this back from the dead? I mean, ofcourse this is an amazing thing that should happen… but? 😭 why talk about it when it’s nowhere in rumors
It's a predictions channel. There's a history of videos like this on this channel for years.
It "Blue Sky" ideas but from fans.
Its fun. Like fantasy football.
@@tahjo7 my point is there’s a history of this same prediction that has failed over and over
This is a 100% fairytale; I live close to Knott's Berry Farm and have ridden 4 Giga coasters.
I rhode Fury 325 as well, 30+ times in a hot day in August, it was running at 102mph per the coasters computer/ride-ops
Best ride of my life, no wonder it, and millennium force have dominated the best steel coaster awards since 2000.
Will the current knott's management pull the trigger in this, probably not, as the gm is an ex Disney guy (Jon Storbeck), if this were 2005 -ish, maybe, as the management back then was more aggressive with the expansion of knott's from 1998 - 2008.
not gonna happen my guy lmao
Ihope the powers tHat be watch this
I would like to have one of these Super Boomerangs by Vekoma, be the new version of Montezuma's Revenge.
