Am not able to find autoscaling metrics instead of metrics am able to find signals but using autoscaling signals lab is not completing

No issue faced just 1 step changed now the for front end ip version IPv6 the address is autodetect which was ephemeral. That's it!

I cant create a stress-test instance because: Operation type [insert] failed with message "The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-c827f392c0d7/zones/us-west1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later."
