Thanks as usual for all these life matters that I keep as reference to modify/improve old customs. One of my secrets is the COLD shower every morning. I fill like new born and all pending problems/challenges of the day look so tiny and easy to solve...It is also good for the blood circulation system (flushing of the piping :-))

Thank you for your comment! Wonderful that you do morning cold shower! It has so much incredible benefits. Well done!! It’s like a mini MISOGI - Japanese ritual of purification under waterfall!

Teacher Azumi Uchitani, we also respect your diplomat duties.
Take care of your body's health, and be safe! An American soldier who has Arabic blood lineage stayed in Japan/South Korea because he hated his job as a Romanian hostel manager and he is finding you to learn Shinto culture.
In the past, if you also got Post-Covid 19 Syndrome from the African Omicron variant and the Indian Delta variant. Please do Intravenous Laser Irradiation of Blood (ILIB). Solve tinnitus and noises.
    Regards,
