FYI. Asa used to train on being a vocalist part at the beginning of being a trainee( she used to be a part of her school musicals), but since the mid period of training after training on how to rap, she discovered that this skill is more fit with her, so she continue to be a rapper till nowadays, with a skill to be a vocalist too. She’s such the ace.

Before their debut , whatever she did it doesn't matter now becoz If yg doesn't allow her in the process of writing and composing in present and future album then what's the point of dragging the contribution of past?? for example, you can write lyrics and compose music , if you agency doesn't allow you to do then what's the point of having these skills ??? you can't able to shine more..that's my point
YG needs to allow her to do the thing she can do then ASA will gain more attention from the world...

@@kpopexpress2811 Chill. Their career still is in takin off-stage. Too early to be complaining. I brought up Asa's writing credits to remind us all that Asa had and none among her members got writing credits. Not CL, Jennie nor Lisa were let by YG to write their own verse in a debut songs. My point is you cant just take a portion in time or an era then diss YG. We cant expect a member to have writing credits in all songs in an album.. Batter Up and Sheesh are in the same album. I see your point. Yes, sometimes it may look like favoritism specially who will do solo first BUT its all marketing moves. Being YG stan for so long, I know that the one with the most followings got to solo first. It was Jennie for Blackpink then and possiby Ahyeon for Baemon. And with that in mind, expect her to be highlighted more and got to be dressed differently (dress color). Its not favoritism,its marketing. Am a Rora (bias) Asà (wrecker) stan but Im not complaining.

I think he never planned on not debuting her in some way, because (like you said) he wanted to form the new Japan GG around her (if BM like actually was never going be 7, and that’s debatable) but like he literally used her to announce a new project which is kinda cool if you think about it. About YG nit including her, well... It was basically nothing but a Marketing strategy from YG. And even if you don't believe us (veteran YG stans, those like me who have been following YG for the past 15+ years) then YG had given his reason for not including ASA and RORA in the babymonster line-up... He had his plan for ASA in his upcoming Global Girl Group which will debut from YG's Japanese Agency.

It was always going to be 7 members. The whole shows premise needed some "drama" to hook the viewers, make them feel included in the final lineup & invested in the girls. Their sheer talent is what made me 0T7 from the B/W intro songs.

@@mariluzmla For ur info, u followed the list upside down. The correct order as released are from bottom to top actually. Which Ruka should be the first and Rami last. Not the way around. It applies to all their content in Baemon yt channel. 😊
