The in-game transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2 is just glorious. Music goes silent for a couple of seconds, the sound effect of the icicles charging up, and then BAM, the drop from Phase 2 plays right as the icicles are shot.
I am sad that I missed this. When I got to it, I kicked its ass so hard... I missed the phase XD. Apparently, I am really good at timing according to the individual that was watching me do it. XD

As a former FFXIV player, this fight was like a blast from the past (Hello, Fenrir) and something fresh at the same time for me. And damn, this music bring it on a new level.

Didn't appreciate this the first time fighting as was so invested in the fight, but different fights that have same tune had me going "what is this banger of a tune?"
gonna have to redo this soo on extreme difficulty to unlock the next one, cant wait to do this again but whit id this time around as i just found him that broken considering you unlock an abaility to straight up transform and then by filling out that white gauge transform back to do a finisher by spamming Y. But eugen's laser cannon is still one of the biggest dps i have ever seen in the game it straight up is that good if you can continue aiming at something, not a grandblue fan but hell i like these 2. I think my least favorite is Gran himself he is just sooo fckign boring to play whit.

Managarmr is the best primal boss for me, both its normal and dark version. Too bad the dark version dropped this epic theme for something much inferior.
Frozen wolf in game already a common thing. most of them based on mythology creature like Fenrir. other than having similiar concept design, wolf boss in genshin is just a joke compared to Managarmr mechanic and diffculty wise.
@@arzurianrein4612i was more so talking how the genshin boss has a mechanic where they’re both unable to be attacked and then dash at you. Its not exactly the same thats why I said it reminded me of the boss.
@@noivern4346 Oh right, he has that too, doesn't he. You can actually interrupt Genshin dog boss's dash by headshotting him mid-dash (generally with a bow) Clearly, both have taken the wolf dash idea from BlazBlue's Valkenhyan R. Hellsing, though.
This game is just back to back to back insane boss fights. Wish more RPGs were too the point like this one is

First time doing this fight I heard 5:35 as soon my party hit link time, this is definitely a game of the month for me right here.
I know people joke about how Re:link is just "The children yearn for Dragalia Lost" but this song really kind of hammers home that sentiment.

As much as I hate to admit it, this boss reminded me of the Wolf boss in Genshin impact. Also this was a banger. also fits the cat meme so well.
