Few things I want to share regarding the mental health:
Allah swt has sent down the Quran which is the best guidance in term of metal health.
We Muslims just need to open the Quran and read it with proper understanding.
Allah swt wants three things from the muslims: i) Person himself become a Salve of Allah ii) Person spread the knowledge of Deen to others iii) Person strive to implement Deen as a system in society and eventually in whole world.
Once the person own these three objectives give by Allah swt, He become a different person.
Quran tell us how to behave such as;
1. how to walk and talk (humble) (Quran. 25:63, 17:37).
2. how to spend (Quran, 25:67, 17:27-29)
3. Who give the wealth, health and traits (Quran, 17:30)
4. Where they are present or where not (Quran, 25:72)
5. what they want their families to be and what they want to be for their families (Quran, 25:74)
6. How to act with the family ( Quran 64:14-15)
7. How to behave with parents (Quran, 17:23-24)
8. How to have a serene society ( Quran, 17:32 -35)
9. What to follow and what not ( Quran, 17:36)
10. Difficult time, Destiny (Quran 64:11, 57:22)
99% of the population is in some mental health problem.
To ignore this is to create more problems.
Zeeshan javed should sit with sahil adeem as sahil's a psychologist and zeeshan's a phsycist.
If both are invited on QAR podacst then lots of things can be solved.

If someone start counciling courses but majority can’t afford financially, providesome free sessions plz sir.
Sir qaiser, zeeshan and sahil adeem ko islamic knowledge achi ha to plz start mental health and financial grow sessions start karen.

kamal, dukhti rag pr hath rakha hai. 😅 ha magar aik baat hai ke aap ki mukamal guftagu se mai islam ki taraf mutawajeh hua ke islam har aik ke haqooq ka kitna khayal rakhta..... or wahid islam hi deen e haq hai jis mai aman or sakoon hai.
