Ralph + On Your Feet! Now!: I think Ralph would actually generate the Lore for that one damage. Even though the effect is triggered upon readying, it is resolved after the action is completed (as per the "Bag" rule). So at the time when the Lore is awarded, the damage is already there. Ralph + Go the Distance: Ralph could actually sing GtD himself and use it to ready himself again.
Right? I am having the same thought so far. It’s a pretty sweet art. But with the new TH-cam memberships we have in place, the members get to also suggest and vote. So it will come down to that! ^^
Elsa is good, but as a 5 cost she might come down a bit too late. And I think Scar likely fits into decks maybe not running the Diablos, opening up some new strategies for Emerald (and hopefully a bit cheaper too!)
Racers: I had an idea that Racer might be a Classification on future cards, but I didn't expect it to show up so soon. Now, let's think about which movies other than Ralph I & II contain Racers... Ralph: Another massive missed chance. They could have made Ralph both a Hero and a Villain. Because he's the Hero of the movie, but the Villain of his home game. We can see Ralph on the Bad-Anon card, but he can't actually interact with it. Knights: Why is the Donald Duck - Pie Slinger a Knight, but Piglet - Sturdy Swordsman is not? Tutors: Even in Magic, tutors are typically limited in some fashion. I think the classic tutors (those that actually have the term "Tutor" in their names) are all limited by mana color. The ability to search for any card you want is insanely powerful. So it makes sense to make it somewhat complicated to pull off.
They could still do that with a Ralph card, but I honestly think that it might be a hard one in the game. Arguably, you could use the same logic for Maui, for example. For the Knight classification, perhaps they decided to make Donald Duck a Knight, so it can have synergy with Goofy. Maybe they have a full plan similarly to what they just achieved with the Musketeer during Ursula’s return. I just know that I want to find out more about the other cards for this set AND that I want an enchanted Donald Duck pie slinger. 😂😂
@@InkbornHeroes Ralph / Maui: Maui was a hero. Then he made one mistake that caused him to fall into villainy. And in the end he redeems himself and becomes a hero again. So it would make sense to create a separate card for him, where he's classified as a Villain. But for Ralph, the conflict between his villainous programming and his heroic nature makes up the core of his personality. If there's one character in all Disney sources, for whom such a double classification makes sense, it's certainly Ralph. Knights: I don't have a problem with Donald being a Knight. I just object to Piglet not being one. Or Prince Phillip! He wears full plate armor on every single one of his cards; but still he hasn't got the Knight title.
