Obong Cold Spring in Dalaguete, Cebu, Philippines where Fresh & Sea Water Meet

Hello Obong Cold Spring! Surrounded with large rocks often used as diving platforms for swimmers, the unique mix of fresh and sea water, the amazing sight of the century old dalakit trees, who wouldn’t want to take a plunge into these cold waters of Obong Spring located in Dalaguete Cebu Philippines!
The entrance fee is just 10 Php and it’s a short walk from the highway. It’s quite organized now with affordable cottages, 500 Php at least or you can rent a table, lots of snacks to buy, a karaoke, and a washroom.
To get there, from Cebu City, take a bus from the South Bus Terminal. Ceres Bus Liner took me about 3 hours to reach there, around 190 Php, air conditioned. Other bus company is said to be faster than Ceres.
I love this unique, natural pool. I am amazed with the development and I highly recommend it. Proud Dalaguetnon here!
