This is exactly what i went through. i was diagnosed with an arthritic condition that didn’t allow me to walk anymore. i went to vipassana and through the 9th day there was a giant separation between the faculty of awareness and the contents of my psyche, to the extent that i saw all repressed energies get pushed out of my body. as i was spiritually immature i thought it would be good to forcefully eject instead of gradually integrate. Now I realized gradual integration is a steadier process towards wholeness. I was able to heal my body completely. Thank you for creating a clearer roadmap for all of us using your words
@@jyotitripathi1543 stop rushing into a conclusive state where there is no longer suffering. I was always trying to “get rid” of my emotional baggage to be my “optimal” self. Then I realized this creates further dissatisfaction and dissociation within as you are identifying opposing states “where you are” and “where you want to be(optimal)” instead realize all must be as it is and just seek to understand instead of “change or fix” and realize that your default nature is harmony and alignment so if you get out of your own way it will gradually fix it self. Shadow work using radical honest assessment of my behavior helped alot.
@@amirshaya6555 Observing someone’s process has real therapeutic value. I was once able to observe the trajectory of an intention to move, from my brain to a body part, and it helped me regain motor function. It would be interesting to see if this can also apply to parasympathetic activity.
“Just prana in our nerve cells forming a form” - Really neat description of how we objectify thoughts and create mental entities out of them. Whether these are friendly or nasty entities, they are the ghosts of the mental reality we create for ourselves. Bless you and your straight speech, veerji. 🙏🏻

How did you release that slowly
Thank you for sharing your experience so clearly. It reinforces the importance of facing and integrating each experience as we encounter it. 🙏🏻
