I have no idea why they are so focused on Conquest versions of Kaleidoscope and Renewal. Those maps really aren't that bad. It's maps like Manifest or Discarded that can be draining with repetition. Anyways thankfully they pulled back on the terrible prototype changes they mention previously for Kaleidoscope but it looks like Renewal will be an unbalanced and much worse map than the original at least for Conquest.

I've always wondered yet never asked anyone, when you steal the opposed enemy vehicle do they lose it in regards to 1 less for them to spawn in ?
Yup, it's still "in-play" so stealing a vehicle is holding onto an enemy asset.
So yeah better than blowing them up

There is no Team chat in 2046, you can't interact with teammates at all
Yea pretty sure you can only talk to your team not the opposing side like previous games in the franchise. Whatever thier reasons behind removing that feature it's dumb. Like many other features they removed it took away too much character of Battlefield.

I personally nether pay attention to ingame chat nor am amused by it but I want it back just to see TH-camrs roast the crap out of these guys who died in an extremely stupid and avoidable ways one to many times and brought their frustrations to chat

It just ain’t the same without [All] chat :c EA really goes out of their way to ruin beloved game franchises.
They've reverted the Kaleidoscope changes to just being pretty much the same as before but with what looks like some recycled bf3/4 assets for extra "cover". And whats the whole rotating Renewal a little bit about? It's still mostly the same too.
I'd rather they just remove sectors first tbh, they make it feel like you can only have an impact on the game by following the zerg since you need the numbers to cap multiple flags. If I wanted that I'd still be playing planetside 2.
they should just hire you to make the battlefield trailers.
