I'm confused with the first question If the the total number is 17 and there 3 goalkeepers don't we have to divide 17!/3! Since the goalkeepers are repeating
People are unique, we can’t assume that they are alike items

I didn’t understand the last question of practice question, shouldn’t it be like 14! * 3! * 2!
I don’t agree with you, as passwords can be chosen from lower cases and upper cases we need to find permutation of 3 from 52 letters not 26 letters!
It depends - the question will normally clarify what is allowed. If both upper and lower case are different instances, then of course you are right 😊
