  • This world never ceases to amaze me.
Whilst on my travels in India, I bump into a guy born and bred here in the tiny town of Benaulim in Goa who speaks Welsh. WHAT?!
He knew my home town and even that really long town name (Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch).

We Indians are very much gifted with languages plus our own languages are very ancient, but we are generally fluent in 3-4 languages on average. The Welsh is a brother nation to us, since Vedic Sanskrit is our origin for Northern Indians. It might be even possible that Welsh might be extinct in Europe, so enthusiasts and True Welsh blood descendants must learn it sooner. It was our pride and love for our languages that we still write in the same traditional scripts for our languages like we did 3000 years ago.

English is too, the indo-european language tree is broad. Many languages amongst them will have words that are shared or at least are pronounced in a vaguely similar way.
