If you practice Baguazhang, do you have these stepping methods?

I practice Wing Chun but I love the Baguazhang stepping and change of angles. It's something quite interesting and awesome

With all due respect, how do you get them to stand still as you take a step to get to their flank and then another step to open your stance and then another step to penetrate in front of or behind them? What is preventing them from stepping to turn and face you as your moving out of their area of concentration?
Also, if you can take them off balance by penetrating in front of their leg or behind their leg what is stopping them from doing the same to you, as you stepping in front of their leg means they are now behind your leg and you stepping behind their leg means they are now in front of your leg?

Internal martial arts have sensitivity training with partners that start out as cooperative drills to free flow applications. Techniques are applied based on the adversary’s energy as applied against the defender. It’s application after touch.

This is fish stepping to frount and rear. If you put one foot forward you are on one dot of the yin yang if your rear foot takes another step its on the other dot of the yin yang. One more step and your back on the circle. It works forward and backwards on simple circle walk and pai pu circle walk cutting through the circle making the yin yang pattern. Your applications show one side you can also turn back across to the other side and continue the opposite way on the circle. There are very few people in the world that actually have this training whose your teacher?
