Great tutorial ! This still helps a lot after 4 years 💯
perfect, great tutorial
this video helped me so much. definitely going to be working on mastering these effects
You want to achieve ‘black,’blacks and ‘white,’ whites. I thought this a very good tutorial in achieving this, thanks so much.
Where do you get all the example pictures, which you are using in your videos, from? (Or do u take them by your own?)
Btw I really like your tutorials :D Keep it up :)

yea, I know my english is great x)
Thanks! Sometimes I use my own photos, I actually took the photo in this video for example. Other times and in a lot of my older videos I am just using stock photos. I have a video on my channel about where to find free stock photos as well.
can you do that clic and drag to adjust the black and white, in ae cs6 anyway atall? that would be sick
Where on earth did this idea that "film look" equals "faded" come from?
Black and film film doesn't even fade like that, except for a few weird chromagenic monochrome emulsions.
Also, where is the promised "add film grain" part? Noise doesn't look like film grain.
+Andrew Molitor eh I don't know but you have to admit that is what many people think of. Check out my tutorial on adding realistic dust and dirt for another version of adding grain
Wow I was just looking for a simple tutorial and this is actually in my home town.
