The line "I forget my name" is referring to how addiction makes you an entirely different person than who you were before you became so dependent on the drugs.
Again, that's just how I interpreted it. Probably because I had a friend who was addicted to coke and became an entirely different person because of it. It completely consumed his life and he was never quite the same after it.

I'm in a weird time of my life where I just need to change some things, but not sure exactly what. Took four days of vacation and went to the beach, and for some reason the algorithm showed me this song in a moment where I was looking to the sea and asking what to do. Although I still have some doubts, this music brought me into a full state of peace with myself. And that was what I needed. It will be forever part of my life from now on.
