Should've said something different, should've bet it all on the one that got away, should've had the guts to challenge the future with reckless abandon, etc. There's always things we'll regret, just try not to let those things define your life. The late 20s are a one hell of a ride, you've been a man for almost a decade now and are on the cusp of reaching the plateau of maturity but there are still uncertainties holding you down. It's is during this time when most of us learn to abandon this uncertainty and just live our lives because life goes on and it will leave us behind. As a 90s baby myself (28) I'm totally on the same boat as you and can't lie that I've been having those same thoughts about what can and could've been as well as regrets. But as a certain character from the 90s once said "life is just too uncertain to have regrets and for all you know everything you did was the best decision you could make".
Bro it gets easier with age. You're so young. Try and live in the moment. Reflection is inevitable and healthy. Just not where to stay. You're probably going to do great.

Ironic, I should be feeling down but I'm more enlightened than I should be. There was someone I became attached to and really started to care for them, they went through some tough times and I made sure to be there for them and see how they were. They made me feel normal and loved, they ask once if I was okay if I was fine, I couldn't say no, didn't want to be a burden on them with was already happening. It's like they knew I really wasn't, but I couldn't do anything and had to keep going on. If I could turn back time and take what I said back, keep what I had with them.
