Elon Musk and J.K. Rowling have been named in a lawsuit filed to French authorities over alleged ‘cyber harassment’ against Olympic champion boxer Imane Khelif.
Nabil Boudi, Khelif’s attorney, has confirmed that the criminal complaint has been filed with the Paris public prosecutor’s office.

"She says she's a woman" - that's not proof, "she was born a woman" - we don't know that: all we know is that those present at her birth THOUGHT it was a female baby, but that is what happens with DSD males, who are wrongly assigned female status and brought up as such. Sometimes the mistake is discovered when they have male puberty, sometimes it still goes unnoticed. And - correct me if I'm wrong - I don't think it's possible to have a "trace" of XY. I'm sure Khelif and family are "sure", but that's sadly not enough

Also, the harm to the women who were beaten up by far outweigh verbal criticism of the two male boxers. PS, women do produce low levels of testosterone, but at significantly lower levels than men do. I can't believe she doesn't even know this. I am appalled at her ignorance.

But that's more just a silly potentic argument.. I don't really care about the person themselves, I care about the organization allowing someone with such high testosterone levels, end XY traits to beat up women who were xx only... That's insane. Sure, Live like a woman if you want, but stay out of sports with that kind of advantage, having testosterone completely throws out..how in boxing, the smallest weight difference can give you an advantage, so imagine what testosterone or XY would do..

I couldn’t sleep that night, but I finally understood that the Creator can give you XY chromosomes and make you a woman with a vagina, and that it is inconceivable to use a conclusion based on chromosome shape to deny the sex assigned at birth. XY chromosomes, with functioning testes which produce normal male levels of testosterone, (which make seven times more testosterone than women). Those are the characteristics that define male.
XY chromosomes aren't enough these days to scientifically 'prove' male or female. A man can go the whole journey from male transferring to female, but she will still have XY chromosomes, that doesn't change, so the accepted characteristics are what is used to scientifically say someone is male or female.

No. The Spanish national coach Rafa Lozano has revealed that Khelif was considered too dangerous to pair with women at a boxing retreat in Madrid ahead of the Olympics.
She was banned from competing in the international boxing association due to elevated test levels during their anti-doping tests. Everything else is redundant. She should not of been competing and had the olympics followed the boxing standards from the association she would not of been allowed to compete. To then grand stand the Transgender debate on this is stupid. She was basically caught with test results that would indicate doping.

The Italian contender should also launch a law suit. The lawyer can just approach the bench, the judge will ask how much money do you want, and that will be it.

Pulling a lawsuit doesn't mean jack. If an independent bloodtest says XY chromosomes then yank the medals and move on. If she has XX chromosomes then whatever. But the confusion is only SELF INFLICTED.
Why would they yank the medals if Khelif is male?
He fulfilled the requirements of the IOC for XY people that participate in women's competitions: a passport that says "Female"
He still chose to punch women in the face, so I don't feel bad that people are calling him out.

The X & Y Variations include 47, XXY OR Klinefelter Syndrome, 47, XYY (Jacob's Syndrome) , 47, XXX (Triple X). There are several variant disorders which include Tetrasomy X, Pentasomy X, 49, XXXX, 48, XXXY, 48, XXYY, and 49, XXXXY. Biology is more complicated than you think

There is no evidence to suggest that she is a male, only allegations. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) did not recognize the results from the International Boxing Association (IBA). The IBA has a history of corruption and is sponsored by the Russian state oil company Gazprom. Khelifa has a 51-9 record and has passed all gender eligibility tests for the past decade. She was only disqualified 3 days after defeating an undefeated Russian star boxer. So go do some research before slandering, and destroying an innocent person's life over an accusation.

1) I box and know that there had been complaints about Imane Khelif for years. This was before the IBA tests and their involvement. Female boxers, coaches, and boxing organizations filed complaints about Khelif being a man ever since he started in the adult womens boxing circuit. Look at his fight with Brianda Cruz from a year ago. He almost massacred her, and he's walking into her punches without flinching and with his guard down. He's not afraid of Cruz and can withstand her punches. He's also holding back a lot. That's a red flag.
2) This was handled privately initially. The IBA tested twice and found Khelif was a biological man. Khelif was given the opportunity to retest at the IBA's expense. Khelif refused. Khelif could have appealed and did so initially and then dropped the appeal and so he was banned from the world championships. This was over a year go when these tests were done, so Khelif knew about his genetics at least in 2023.
3) Khelif applied for the Olympics anyhow despite the genetic tests and despite being banned from the World Championships. The IBA sent a letter with the test results to the medical team for the IOC a year ago to warn them about Khelif. This was not done publicly, but a private letter with the test results. The IOC didn't respond and allowed Khelif in. They said they only use passports to verify biological sex.
4) When Khelif boxed Carini and Carini didn't last in the ring because her nose was broken and she was bloody, people knew Khelif was a man. His build, the blows to her face, and blood within 46 seconds are red flags of abnormal strength. The IBA was then forced to do a press releae on their website saying they told the IOC a year ago, and Khelif knew a year ago as well. This was now a safety and dangerous game that the IOC and Khelif were playing.
5) The IOC president, Thomas Bach, did a press conference and disregarded the IBA and their results. The IOC said they don't do testing at all. They only look at the passport. The IBA was then forced to do a press conference in Paris because Khelif was getting ready to fight more women and potentially seriously injure or kill a woman. Even the VP for the World Boxing Organization came out and said Khelif and several others were biological men.
6) The IOC has done nothing (not one single test) since and allows Khelif and other biological men to compete in a woman' s boxing competition. Khelif and his team try to drum up sympathy and do interviews and bring more attention to their so-called "private" situation. If it's private, then why does Khelif do interviews and constantly post on social media about it?
7) Khelif dresses, walks,talks, and sits like a young adult man. Khelif literally wears men's suits, clothing, and jewelry. It's so blatant, and Khelif posts pics on his Instagram flaunting it. He doesn't care because the IOC isn't stopping him.
This is essentially what happened. Everyone knew, including Khelif, and they are not going to stop until a woman is killed.

@shremich4583 That isn't a smoking gun. WADA only said they didn't oversea gender testing. The IBA did not say WADA oversaw the gender testing. They couldn't as the labs oversaw the testing.
They said the labs were accredited by WADA. Not that WADA did or oversaw the testing. This is just bad journalism by the BBC and writer and it doesn't help Khelif's case.

This boxer was banned from competing in the world boxing championships because they had XY Chromosomes. An appeal was offered but that decision would be binding and it wasn’t pursued. I can’t think why!

Khelif has not ‘filed a law suit’. He has complained to the French police who are investigating that complaint from a criminal law point of view.

Amendments made by the Board to the T&C Rules:
Definition of Men/Male/Boy = individual with chromosome XY.
Definition of Women/Female/Girl = individual with chromosome XX

4.2.1.Boxers will compete against boxers of the same gender, meaning Women vs Women and Men vs Men as per the definitions of these Rules
