Thank you, the videos take forever to make (this one was started back in August), mostly from a research perspective, but I've been trying to streamline that process - so hopefully I'll start getting these videos out faster.
I have the theme song mindgames as my ringtone, and i had a heartattack when it played Edit: also we can draw evidence from dishonored, as it is cannonically a sequel
Is dishonored a sequel? I made a connection to it in a video, but with the release of deathloop, that seems more/less likely depending on your viewpoint.
At the time of the events in the game there's so little known about the Coral and it begs for some speculation. If Coral is some sort of a neural network, a thread of "typhon thought", can it be manipulated? I guess that's why Alex captured a typhon in order to save the Earth - it could be an easy bridge to understanding the Coral and maybe typhons as well. If the ending with the phantom uniting with Alex is canon, then we might play as the same phantom and probably mess with the Coral and study on it. It's great that we don't have a good idea of what this network actually is, what typhons truly are in the first game, because it creates a good basis for a sequel. I think this whole idea might be developed in the sequel if it's even in the works. I just wanted to share my speculations before the second entry in the series even gets announced. Because we might not get any.
Ive heard from a Prey Iceberg Video that the Containment breach may have been caused by January himself to kickstart breaking Morgan Out of the SimLab.
@@TheRealJohnux There is in game mail that Trevor Young, the guy that was in quarantine in the Trauma center, could be responsible. It seems he was under the control of a telepath before the outbreak and tried to break them out, which is weird because it says in their research page that telepath and technopath have been deemed too dangerous to keep studying them. My theory is that Typhons from the outside finally found Talos 1 thanks to the Coral in Psychotronic and were unable to enter so a telepath used is power to get control of Trevor and start the outbreak. Now it seems Trevor didn't entirely cause the outbreak but he might have done enough damage for maybe 1 Typhon to free itself and then everything went downhill.
You're so underrated
ty, I don't think my content is that groundbreaking but the compliment is appreciated
I have been waiting for another video about Prey! Your videos are always such high quality and I absolutely love them.

@@DaftTake there's a Easter egg in the game that links it to prey, a safe that belongs to morgan Yu, and the similar properties of the enemies

Also, what would happen if human conciousness blends with that of a typhon?
Good content! Subscribed to your channel
( spoiler for hollow knight ) nah the coarl is dreams and the typhon is just the shade lord from the godhome ending
I just want to know what the replicator does😂
How did the containment breach occur? What's your theory?
from experience in a scientific workplace, negligence.
