Interesting thing about the hedgehog trio( Sonic, Shadow, Silver) They represent the Past Present and Future. Shadow for a while would constantly reminisce of the past, and didn’t move on. He also was in stasis for 50 years, meaning he was from the past. Sonic is constantly in the moment. Silver is from the future and fights to create a better one
