Outstanding 1970,s Briggs and Stratton 2hp found in a derelict barn, will it work

I found a Briggs and Stratton 1970,s tiller/rotivator whilst demolishing an old farm building that hadnt been used for 20ish years and Llord Jackson wanted to try and get it going, just watch the results
