    作ってみました❣️とっても美味しかったです。生クリームではなくヨーグルトと牛乳で作るのでサッパリとしていて柔らかさもとても良かったです🥭

    Anyone please help translate the recipe into English or Chinese? I really want to try the mango pudding.

      Mango pudding (makes about 13 servings in 78.5ml cups)
      Milk 100g
      Granulated sugar 40g
      Mango puree 300g
      Yogurt (no added sugar) 200g
      Gelatin powder 8g
      Cold water (for gelatin) 40g
      (Mango sauce)
      Mango puree 120g
      Granulated sugar 30g
      *Mango fruit, if you have any (frozen is OK)
      (Do ahead of time)
      ・Mix the gelatin powder into the water, cover in plastic wrap and put in the fridge
      ・Defrost mango puree
      ・Get cups ready
      (1) To make the mango pudding, bring the milk and sugar to a simmer, then turn off heat.
      (2) Add the bloomed gelatin to (1) and mix until dissolved. Strain and mix over ice water until mixture cools.
      (3) Mix mango puree and yogurt together.
      (4) Add part of (3) to (2).
      (5) Add the remainder of (3) to (4). Mix until smooth.
      (6) Pour into cups and chill until solid (takes 1-2 hours).
      (7) To make the mango sauce, heat mango puree and sugar in a pot, then let cool.
      (8) If you have mango fruit, add it to (7) and top the mango pudding with it once it has solidified. Enjoy.
