drafting scale rule spotted. Welcome to the world of cosplay, heck of a second go around. I've not used vinyl as a material but I'll have to keep that in mind for metallic pieces in the future.

Any thoughts how you will connect the outer loop to the inner loop which helps you wear it?
I've got some ideas. It's going to wear like a headband, my bigger concern is getting it strong enough to stay vertical!
