Your neighborhood is very nice 👌🏾 my 15yrs old thinks mine is too far from town and still a village 😭 i told him if he knew and see the potential i see in it, he'll value and cherish it more than i do.
LOL!! When we would go to site before the foundation work started in 2020, my 5 year old then used to call the place “Village”. You should show your son the video of our foundation stages
What a fantastic journey. Kudos to Mr Yaw and his crew. That gap under the sliding door looks very large, did I hear you say you will be screeding the floor to meet it or will one have to take a big step up to get outside ? I'll be watching keenly how you handle this bro. Loved to see you smiling at a job well done. God bless !
@@GhanabaKwaku If I were you, I would repeat the same design inside... Or do a design that is visually related to the outside ones... for visual uniformity. Something totally different inside might feel like patch-patch. My two cents.
@@GhanabaKwaku Do think about repeating the same pattern. It's quite a strong design and so mixing it with another design could look messy instead of cohesive and well thought out?
Nope!!! I gave one of them an N95 nose mask because he was cutting into a wall; I left, came back… mask off with him covered in dust… they aren’t used to it so it make it awkward to wear
You look so contented at the end, standing on your balcony! Keep up the great work!
I was! Thank you!
Looks beautiful, very nice design, respect for the workmanship.
Thank you, Bill!

We fixed it by screeding the primary bedroom space. Watch out for that video soon
Everything is coming together beautifully 😊
Thank you!
Clean Job Boss
The Don! Thank you, brother!
Is the metal balustrade better than the glass ?
I think the mere fact that metal is stronger than glass makes metal balustrades generally more secure and safe than glass.
Yes boss love it !! We went for an Art Deco design in our other place and it looks Beautiful
Thank you, Prince! I need to find something else for the interior. Still brainstorming

@@kofihonu1047 I was thinking similar for simplicity but then again, I wanted something “more” than what is outside.

Do same inside
Nice one bro.

Thank you
Get wind turbine
😂
I have taste 👍
Thank you!
Looks really good but I’m wondering if it is anchored down well enough to hold a few 220lb men leaning on at the same time.
It is anchored well. All the joints were welded to the main structure. Do I really look 220lbs? 🙈
Good to know….Might be a close call on the lbs. lol..
@@GhanabaKwaku😂
Hahaha! I am not quite 220lbs but better to use higher weight threshold for stuff like this.
No time wasted!
Workcation!!!
No protective gear 😮
