So im one of those dudes that run alex secondary to LC. If anyone here runs this march with alex primary, maybe you can fill me in on why? I just dont see it 🤔 i can confirm its a great march, at least in the way i run it. But alex primary baffles me. It seems popular though, I definitely see it. But its often targeted pretty quick

Mmmmmmm... I know his cycle is slower but I fill like at some situations where you can connect continuous attacks to cast his active skill he might works decently. And invest on the commanders that I like seems more enjoyable even if they are not the strongest, by being able to do positive trades seems enough for me; but maybe I'm expecting more from him than what he can truly give

For me cm go for easy kills. Gonna poison herman. Boudica debuff. Nevsky 45% scipio 30%less health and gonna get easy k.p from cm. Any season 1/2 commander for me is easy kills because if you still using them means you don t have much stuff or you a new account in season of conquest. No high damage whales or advanced acounts ever run cm so is a safe pick. If i target some zhuge the player probably have 400k plus 6 marches arround. So they do dps back

I used to think that too but the reality is that from 100% to 80% troops she has no defensive capability which is normally when you'd be dealing most of your damage.
You're reason for knocking easy to kill marches off the field is the same reason I said to take city rallies the other day. Except taking a city rally means those troops are dead, not just hospitalized.
The outcome might be similar but the way you arrive there matters. Map and field control is all about number of players fighting, so if you reduce the enemy numbers by taking out "weak" armies first, you have better field control. Control of the field is literally the only way to win a KVK because that's the only way you can effectively build flags and defend your own. Taking city rallies and hoping you trade well is not the same. You don't get map control by taking a city rally. It's not bad to take an occasional city rally, but opportunity cost suggests there are better ways to use your troops to help the KD control the map.

Targeting the joan of ark prime is a bad idea, she’s tanker than nevsky. I run joan nevsky on purpose with 8 crit gear and many noobs target her and get melted by other 6.

I think this is often commanders that have healing. Healers definitely fill the hospital fast.

It's not about trades, it's about win, better to kill damage dillers first, supports are not so dangerous, 5v5 or 7v7 duels as example of that
