I know it's hard to say, but can you rank from 5-1, who has a higher celling:
Palladino,T.Motta,Farioli, V.Italiano, De Zerbi?
Would like to see a analysis of T.Motta. Players: Soule,Scalvini, D.Boloca.

That's hard but without thinking too much I'd go 1-5: De Zerbi, Motta, Farioli, Italiano then Palladino.
De Zerbi is the obvious number one imo, whereas the other 4 could honestly be in any order.

Very great video, there are many good young Italian managers right now like Farioli, Italiano, de zerbi,..etc and Palladino is definitely one of them and not many people talk about him.

I can see our management going for him if we ever part ways with Pioli but I don't want that to happen because I think that would be too big of a step for him, but I can see him going to Atalanta if Gasperini doesn't renew his contract which ends in June. Great video, cheers.

The problem with Palladino to Milan is not really that he isn't ready for the step up to a club like Milan, but rather that Milan's personnel doesn't suit his 3-4-3 at all

@@vladimir7849 I don't know with Napoli wanting Palladino, having wanted Mazzarri and Tudor, and with Italiano and Motta's respective contracts expiring next summer, I think it's more likely Napoli get Palladino and we get Motta or Italiano. My prediction is we get Motta, Napoli get Italiano, and Palladino stays at Monza for another year, though.
