@@sarahrodriguez5404 large can of beer, 1/2 jar pepperoncini peppers with about 1/2 the juice, 1 packet of dry Italian dressing and 1 packet of dry zesty Italian dressing, I usually use a 3-4 pound roast, all in a crockpot on low let cook all day! Awesome! I don’t use the “good” cuts of roast either. Just what ever was cheapest at the store.
Best Italian beef recipes have beer as the “juice”!! Makes that meat so tender.
I have never thought to try that. Beer with pork, yep, but never beef. It'll be on my to attempt list for sure!
