biggest fish i've seen at cultus was i giant suckermouth i caught off a dock, if i'd guess it was 0.5x the size of that fish

Freshwater fishing in BC, each person is allowed to have ONE line in the water unless they are alone in a boat on a lake, in which case they can have two. It seems you were fishing with two rigs at the same time (2:20). That is an infraction.
