I'll never forget that day. I will keep with me all the teachings and cherish the memories. I miss you Bro. Holt. Today will be my last time seeing you on this earth but not forever. Rest well.
The Brotherhood has lost a priceless jewel. I had the pleasure of hearing him teach and preach many many times. I was saddened by the news. He will be missed but he left such a profound example of who we should be as Christians that he can never ever be forgotten! He had the passion of Paul . Bro Holt ran a good race and fought the good fight of faith. Well done! Well done! Keep his family in prayer. Any man who preaches the name off a non Church of Christ building leaves a huge legacy! Bro Holt did just that! Rest in Paradise my brotha.

This is powerful beyond... Bro. Holt was such a profound and powerful speaker, so happy I had the opportunity of hearing the word through his voice. Rev 14:13 "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord...that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them"....RIP Bro. Holt.

I had the pleasure of meeting brother Holt on a few occasions in the months preceding his passing. It literally amazes me that he went to receive his reward right after preaching the Plan of Salvation! I look forward to seeing him again and getting to know him better in the Lord's presence. Condolences to his family.

My brother Holt was a good man I met him once in the Church of Christ I am under brother Alexander in Belle chase Louisiana brother holt was a real good speaker and a man of God I love hearing the word from you let you rest in peace. Thank you Brother Holt for your example of love for the brethren. For the many inspiring classes and bible studies. For building up the men and being the epitome of minister of the gospel of Christ in word and in deed.

what a great preacher I remember the days when was in Starkville at my home church the north Montgomery st coc he always gave a great word I still remember them from when was a kid. rip bro holt
