Came back after watching the most recent videos an man, it's insane how this project evolved. UI, gameplay, ship and character designs, everything looks amazing. Yet, this part of the story when Shears and Scales mention Drakor is something I'd like to see more about. Can't wait for the Sauria arc.
This is simply amazing man. Feels like my childhood imagination playing through the Starfox games as a kid brought to life lol. Gameplay looks like a blast as well!
This is a beautiful looking game, and there's a lot that could be said about the smooth implemented mechanics and realisation of the Star Fox universe. However, Could you consider making the portraits and Certainly the text boxes larger? They are almost impossible to make out without squinting and during action sequences it breaks immersion if you cannot tell what someone is saying without looking up into the corner so much to see it. Keep up the good work, undyingnephalim.
Great to see this alive and kicking again. At this point, the one thing it seems it really needs is a new custom HUD in classic Star Fox style. Right down to having battle chatter in a big chunky font just below where the player's ship is. And who needs voice acting? The SNES version gave us Lylatese burblings. Just pitch-shift to character, add a little radio noise at the beginning and end of each message and you've got all the atmosphere of battle chatter without needing a huge voice cast.

Still, it felt like a suicide mission. At least it did until the Star Fox team arrived. Then it became a battle. A winnable battle.”
Incredible work!! I got chills when the red eye came charging in and when krystal did her war cry and the cloudrunners flew in. I'm so happy you are still working on this! This is the coolest Star Fox fan project I've ever seen. The cinematic was awesome!!

I wish I could of known about this video back when it came out a year ago. Because all I can say is that all of this was amazing! I've always wanted open World Star Fox game ever since the genre blow up over a decade ago. The entire history of the Starfox series may not be that large compared to other Nintendo franchises but there is literally so much narrative in-depth Universe building that the team could work with and they can truly make an incredible narrative based around it. But of course Nintendo's never going to do that because they are scared to death of even touching this series anymore.
HOLY SMOKES!!!! that might been the most intense amount of action I have seen, you have really been greatly improving with Design and such, especially the Cutscenes, it really add a lot of effect into this, and I was really impressed with how much progress has been made, I know one thing, this will be a wonderful game when it is finished, and I do look forward to when this has Voice actors, the wait will be worth it, keep doing a wonderful job, I look forward to more.
I just recently heard of this project, I'm completely new. At 1:54 next to General Scales is that the Captain from the comics who attempted to revive Andross just before the Saurian incident? Was his name Sheers? Do I remember correctly? Edit: Just got the answer from the video. He is indeed Shears.

Nice. Couldn't read all the text, but this custom story you made really fleshes out Lylat. I wish Nintendo would give us a little more to work with in regards to Cerinia. Only Starfox Adventures and its prototype Dinosaur Planet could give us data for ideas and theories. Only by observing Krystal in Adventures, and in Dinosaur Planet, do we have an idea on what Cerinia is could have been like. And when the booklet says destroyed, destroyed how? An abandoned world, like a ghost town in fog, like you described could be plausible. Or Andross, or whatever attacked it, pulled an Alderaan. Maybe a little tidbit of information will appear in Starlink? In regards to this game, You are doing really good. I wish be best of luck on your projects.

This game looks amazing. Star Fox is my favorite game franchise of all time. While I understand that you can't fight on foot in this game, is it possible to fight on the ground with vehicles such as the land master?
High Tech Dinosaurs duking it in an all out war with anthromorphic space mercenaries in the mix. Sounds like an idea for an 80's cartoon, or a toy franchise.... ...or both.

Been watching this off and on the modding site for a long time now cool to see that this project isn't dead. This is way more bad ass looking than some zelda mod or whatever your other project was,, but then never really like zelda games.
Wow that looks really great. But man, now i have to invent new weapons for the sharpclaw troops (like tanks, new battleships and fighters, batlle armor for the red eyes etc.) so that they would be an even greater threat to starfox, the earthwalker and the cloudrunner.
The text is too small and unreadable, yeah it is in need of voice acting or bigger text for the dialog - part of what made LaylatWars and StarWing so great were the funny comments. Still impressive i have to say.

This is awesome, but I have more questions now. What's the Kanerian Heart Scales and Shears are after? Why is Krystal riding a cybernetic Cloudrunner? What's the Hour of The Snake?
OK credit were its due all though event horizons continuity is a complete mess I can't argue with this epic cut scene, the gameplay is still slow and its hard to tell what your aiming at the lack of visews can be forgiven if a sound was added to indicate you actualy hit something.
This kinda reminds Me of Star Wars Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike. But a little bit different. It's really wonky in the Freespace engine, it clearly was not designed for it. I kind of gave up on it for the time being.
