Having just returned from an Australia and New Zealand trip on Jetstar; we will NEVER fly on them again, no matter how cheap the fare. From lost baggage in Queenstown to canceled flight back to Honolulu. Their operation is lacking at best.
It’s always bad when that happens. My experience with Jetstar has been excellent, the only delay I had was 20 mins because Melbourne was holding up arrivals. My flights have always landed on time with JQ, I haven’t had issues with baggage ( because I never check in bags so never got to experience that ) but I have always had delays and cancellations with virgin.
